甘藍穴盤苗與土播苗在田間生育之比較

摘　　要

　　本 研 究 目 的 在 於 探 討 甘 藍 穴 盤 苗 (60 穴 、 128 穴 、 288 穴) 與 土 播 苗 之 園 藝 性 狀 差 異 及 比 較 田 間 定 植 後 之 生 育 情 形 。 試 驗 結 果 顯 示 ， 在 定 植 前 幼 苗 期 生 育 以 土 播 苗 之 園 藝 性 狀 較 好 ， 不 論 是 株 高 、 莖 粗 、 葉 數 、 葉 鮮 重 、 地 上 部 鮮 重 等 均 較 其 它 穴 盤 苗 處 理 者 佳 。 但 隨 著 定 植 田 間 後 生 育 日 數 之 增 加 ， 處 理 間 的 園 藝 性 狀 差 異 也 漸 縮 短 ， 在 定 植 後 第 八 週 時 ， 已 經 差 異 不 顯 著 ， 惟 其 甘 藍 球 重 仍 以 土 播 苗 處 理 者 395 克 最 高 ， 且 顯 著 優 於 其 它 處 理 者 ， 而 穴 盤 苗 不 同 處 理 間 差 異 不 顯 著 。 此 外 ， 由 分 析 不 同 生 育 期 之 甘 藍 園 藝 性 狀 與 定 植 後 第 八 週 甘 藍 球 重 之 相 關 性 ， 顯 示 以 定 植 後 第 二 週 及 第 四 週 之 甘 藍 園 藝 性 狀 與 甘 藍 定 植 後 第 八 週 之 球 重 呈 極 顯 著 之 相關 。

Comparison of the Growth between the Plug Seedlings and Nursery Seedlings of Cabbage

Summary

　　The objective of this study was to assess the responses of plug seedlings from different sizes of cell (60, 128, and 288 cells) and nursery seedlings of cabbage on different growth stages and also to compare those types of seedlings growing in the field. The results indicated that the horticultrual characteristics such as the plant height, stem diameter, No. of leaves and shoot fresh weight of nursery seedlings of cabbage were better than that of plug seedlings in seedling stage. The difference was in decrease followed the increase of growth stages afer transplanting in field and no difference was found in the eight week, but the head weight of nursery seedlings of cabbage was best quality than other's. It could reached 395 gm/plant. By linear regression analysis, there were significant relationships between the horticltural characteristics of cabbage transplanted after two and four weeks in field and the head weight of cabbage transplanted after eight weeks in field.
