種子藥劑處理與土壤施藥處理對菠菜立枯病防治效果比較

摘　　要

　　由 Rhizoctonia solani 引 起 之 菠 菜 病 害 ， 可 造 成 種 子 不 發 芽 ， 苗 期 之 猝 倒 ， 中 期 植 株 之 立 枯 及 採 收 時 之 冠 腐 。 供 試 16 種 藥 劑 ， 分 成 種 子 藥 劑 處 理 及 土 壤 噴 施 藥 劑 處 理 ， 首 先 由 實 驗 室 篩 選 有 效 之 藥 劑 ， 供 溫 室 試 驗 ， 最 後 於 田 間 進 行 藥 效 比 較 ， 結 果 同 一 種 藥 劑 在 種 子 處 理 及 土 壤 施 藥 處 理 上 對 苗 期 之 防 治 效 果 相 近 ， 皆 優 於 對 照 不 施 藥 區 ， 但 於 菠 菜 採 收 時 種 子 處 理 者 冠 腐 發 生 率 較 土 壤 施 藥 者 高 。 藥 劑 中 以 50% 脫 克 松 可 濕 性 粉 劑 1,000 倍 、 50% 福 多 寧 可 濕 性 粉 劑 3,000 倍 及 25% 賓 克 隆 可 濕 性 粉 劑 1,000 倍 防 病 效 果 最 好 。

Comparison of Seed Treatments and Soil Drenches with Fungicides for the Control of Rhizoctonia Diseases of Spinach

Summary

　　Seed treatment and soil drench were used for screening chemicals that inhibiting Rhizoctonia diseases of spinach. In the laboratory and greenhouse tests, Tolclofos methyl, Flutolanil, Iprodione, and Pencycuron were better than other chemicals in these two treatments. Furthermore, two trials in the field, Tolclofos methyl, Flutolanil and Pencycuron were the most effective with the soil drench had better result than the seed treatment for control the Rhizoctonia diseases of spinach.
