不同套袋材質防治瓜實蠅危害苦瓜及絲瓜之研究

摘　　要

　　苦 瓜 以 單 層 黑 色 紙 袋 、 硬 牛 皮 紙 袋 、 隻 層 紙 袋 、 雙 層 舊 報 紙 袋 、 黑 色 PE 袋 、 褐 色 PP 袋 及 綠 色 尼 龍 網 袋 等 7 種 不 同 材 質 套 袋 防 治 瓜 實 蠅 試 驗 結 果 顯 示 ， 各 種 不 同 材 質 之 套 袋 對 瓜 實 蠅 均 具 有 防 治 效 果 ， 其 正 常 瓜 率 均 在 70% 以 上 。 套 袋 10 天 後 對 苦 瓜 瓜 果 之 影 響 以 褐 色 PP 袋 增 加 15.52 公 分 最 長 ， 雙 層 紙 袋 增 加 14.99 公 分 次 之 。 瓜 果 外 觀 色 澤 以 雙 層 紙 袋 及 黑 色 PE袋 最 雪 白 。 每 次 套 袋 成 本 以 雙 層 紙 袋 、 褐 色 PP 袋 及 黑 色 PE 袋 均 為 0.1 元 最 低 ， 經 濟 效 益 以 雙 層 紙 袋 比 較 對 照 不 套 袋 增 加 產 量 及 收 益 分 別 為 141 及 87%最 高 。 絲 瓜 以 白 色 紙 袋 、 白 色 耐 濕 紙 袋 、 單 層 舊 報 紙 袋 、 透 明 PP 袋 及 白 色 尼 龍 網 袋 等 5 種 不 同 材 質 套 袋 防 治 瓜 實 蠅 試 驗 結 果 ， 以 白 色 耐 濕 紙 袋 之 正 常 瓜 率 72% 最 佳 。 套 袋 7天 後 對 絲 瓜 瓜 果 發 育 之 影 響 以 白 色 耐 濕 紙 袋 增 加 15 公 分 最 長 ， 單 層 舊 報 紙 袋 增 加 14.76 公 分 次 之 。 每 次 套 袋 成 本 以 白 色 耐 濕 紙 袋 、 單 層 舊 報 紙 袋 及 透 明 PP 袋 同 為 0.1 元 最 低 ， 經 濟 效 益 以 白 色 耐 濕 紙 袋 比 較 對 照 不 套 袋 增 加 產 量 及 收 益 分 別 為 172 及 146%最 高 。 綜 合 上 述 結 果 建 議 苦 瓜 採 用 雙 層 紙 袋 ， 絲 瓜 採 用 白 色 耐 濕 紙 袋 ， 較 目 前 農 民 使 用 於 苦 瓜 之 單 層 黑 色 紙 袋 及 使 用 於 絲 瓜 之 白 色 紙 袋 ， 不 但 可 以 增 加 產 量 及 收 益 ， 且 可 降 低 每 次 使 用 紙 袋 成 本 費 分 別 為 73 及 50%， 每 公 頃 節 省 紙 袋 費 分 別 為 13.2 元 及 24.0 元 。

Studies on Using Different Bagging Materials for Control Melon Fly on Bitter Gourd and Sponge Gourd

Summary

　　The melon fly (Dacus cucurbitae Coq.) is one of the most important insect pest of bitter gourd and sponge gourd in Taiwan. Covering fruits with paper-bags soon after fruit-setting is a reliable method for protecting fruits from the fly damage, especially suitable to be used in the small farming system. Present study is aimed to evaluate the efficacy and economic of covering fruits with different material bags for control of melon fly on bitter gourd and sponge gourd. The results indicated that no significant difference in control effect was observed among the fruits bagging with different material, however, the brown PP bags and white water-proof paper bags had the best effect on fruit development of bitter gourd and sponge gourd, respectively. The treatments with double-layered paper bag and black PE bag gave the best color appearance of bitter gourd fruits. Analysing from the view point of economic, it revealed that the double-layered paper bags for the bitter gourd and white water-proof paper bags for the sponge gourd gave the highest yield and profit. Bagging fruits with above mentioned bags for controlling melon fly could increase the profit to about 87% over control and reduce the cost of material to about 73% as compare with present recommended singly layered black paper-bag for bitter gourd, while it could increase the profit to about 146% over control and reduce the cost of material to about 50% as compare with present recommended white paper bags for sponge gourd.
