菜豆抗銹病品種改良研究(二)新育成抗銹病品系比較試驗

摘　　要

　　本 試 驗 利 用 由 回 交 育 種 法 育 成 之 抗 銹 病 菜 豆 新 品 系 台 中 系 1 號 、 2 號 、 11 號 、 12 號 、 15 號 等 進 行 品 系 比 較 試 驗 ， 以 輪 迴 親 黑 仁 衣 竺 為 對 照 品 種 ， 以 選 育 優 良 抗 銹 病 菜 豆 新 品 系 藉 以 推 廣 栽 培 。 試 驗 結 果 如 下 ：

1. 參 試 各 抗 銹 病 品 系 始 收 日 數 ， 終 收 日 數 、 莢 形 、 莢 色 等 主 要 園 藝 性 狀 皆 達 到 與 輪 迴 親 近 似 或 更 優 良 的 程 度 。 其 中 台 中 系 11 號 比 對 照 品 種 增 產 26.7～32.6% ， 台 中 系 12 號 亦 比 輪 迴 親 略 增 ， 其 嫩 莢 長 圓 而 直 ， 頗 具 市 場 競 爭 潛 力 。

2. 參 試 各 品 系 不 同 期 作 間 銹 病 罹 病 度 皆 低 於 對 照 品 種 ， 於 春 作 台 中 系 11 號 、 12 號 之 銹 病 罹 病 度 各 為 1% ， 而 對 照 品 種 為 19.5% ； 秋 作 對 照 品 種 銹 病 罹 病 度 為 87.8% ， 而 台 中 系 11 號 、 台 中 系 12 號 ， 罹 病 度 分 別 為 10.3% 與 5.0% ， 顯 示 有 優 越 之 銹 病 抗 病 性 ， 已 達 育 種 目 標 。

(II) A comparison test for the newly bred rust resistant lines

Summary

　　A comparison test was conducted in two different crop seasons for the newly bred lines of common bean, Taichung 1, 2, 11, 12 and 15 obtained from a backcross breeding. The check variety was the recurrent parent cv. Black creasback. The results are summarized as follows:

1.All the tested lines performed the same or better than the check variety in terms of days to first harvest, last harvest, pod shape, and pod color. Taichung 11 yielded the highest in both crop seasons, being respectively 26.7% and 32.6% higher than that of the check. Taichung 12 yielded slightly higher than its recurrent parent. Owing to its long, round and straight pods, this line showed a good marketing potential.

2.All the tested lines had less rust infection rate than the control variety in both crop seasons. In the spring crop, the infection rate in Taichung 11 and Taichung 12 was 1% as compared to the 19.5% found in the check. The coresponding values for the fall crop were 10.3%, 5% and 87.8% respectively. It is, therefore, indicated that Taichung 11 and Taichung 12 obtain high rust resistant ability.
