小麥及黑小麥抗銹病、白粉病檢定

摘　　要

　　抗 銹 病 檢 定 方 面 ， 小 麥 482 個 試 品 系 中 ， 375 品 系 為 免 疫 ， 17 品 系 為 過 敏 反 應 ， 34 品 系 極 抗 ， 14 品 系 抗 ， 13 品 系 中 抗 ， 4 品 系 中 感 ， 8 品 系 感 ， 17 品 系 極 感 ， 黑 小 麥 60 個 供 試 品 系 中 ， 15 品 系 免 疫 ， 4 品 系 過 敏 ， 1 品 系 極 抗 ， 1 品 系 抗 ， 11 品 系 中 抗 ， 14 品 系 中 感 ， 11 品 系 感 ， 3 品 系 極 感 。

　　抗 白 粉 病 檢 定 方 面 ， 小 麥 482 個 供 試 品 系 中 ， 124 品 系 免 疫 ， 239 品 系 極 抗 ， 108 品 系 中 抗 ， 10 品 系 中 感 ， 1 品 系 極 感 ， 黑 小 麥 60 個 供 試 品 系 ， 皆 呈 免 疫 反 應 。 小 麥 有 13 品 系 只 在 穗 部 發 生 白 粉 病 ， 而 葉 片 不 呈 現 病 徵 。

　　目 前 本 省 栽 培 品 種 為 台 中 31 號 ， 對 銹 病 為 極 感 品 系 ， 對 白 粉 病 為 中 感 品 系 。

Studies on the Resistance of Wheat and Triticale to Rust and Powdery Mildew in the Field

Summary

　　Studies on the resistance of 542 lines/varieties of wheat and Triticale to rust and powdery mildew were carried out in the field during 1979-1980.

　　On the basis of eight reaction types to rust, the number of wheat lines/varieties as classified into immune, hypersensitive, highly resistant, resistant, moderately resistant, moderately susceptible, susceptible and highly susceptible, were 375, 17, 34, 14, 13, 4, 8 and 17, whereas of the Triticale were 15, 4, 1, 11, 14, 11 and 3, respectively.

　　Based on five reaction types to powdery mildew, the number of wheat lines/varieties as classified into immune, highly resistant, moderately resistant, moderately susceptible and highly susceptible, were 124, 239, 108, 10 and 1, respectively. All of the Triticle lines/varieties were immune to powdery mildew.

　　Among wheat varieties tested, there were thirteen varieties showed powdery mildew on the ears but none on the leaves.

　　Taichung 31, the local variety commonly planted in Taiwan, performed highly susceptible to rust and moderately susceptible to powdery mildew.
