Meloidogyne arenaria與 M. Hapla對部份台灣常見蔬菜作物的病原性測定

摘　　要

　　Meloidogyne arenaria 對 花 椰 菜 、 小 芥 菜 、 蘆 筍 、 小 白 菜 、 包 心 菜 、 萵 苣 、 莧 菜 、 芹 菜 等 八 種 蔬 菜 的 病 原 性 測 定 ， 以 包 心 菜 最 罹 病 性 ， 而 花 椰 菜 、 蘆 筍 、 萵 苣 較 不 易 受 害 。 接 種 M. hapla 於 包 心 菜 、 萵 苣 、 莧 菜 、 芹 菜 等 四 種 蔬 菜 作 物 ， 以 萵 苣 及 包 心 菜 最 罹 病 性 ， 莧 菜 則 可 能 是 對 M. hople 免 疫 的 植 物 。

Summary

　　Studies on the pathogenicities of Meloidogyne arenaria and M. hapla to several vegetable plants revealed that Chinese cabbage was the most susceptible crop and cauliflower, asparagus and lettuce were resistant to M. arenaria.

　　Lettuce and Chinese cabbage were susceptible to M. hapla, but amaranth might be a immune plant.
