漂白水及蔗糖改善向日葵及金魚草切花觀賞品質

摘  要
 

   向日葵及金魚草切花插於稀釋 500 倍的漂白水 (NaOCl 120 ppm) 加入 2% 蔗糖之瓶插液,以自來水為對照,觀察其瓶插壽命及觀賞品質。向日葵插於瓶插液之處理其鮮重較對照組為高,然而二者之蒸散量差異不明顯;處理組之花徑大於對照組,可以增加 27~33% ,差異顯著;瓶插壽命延長 3.7 天。金魚草之切花鮮重亦類似向日葵,鮮重於瓶插初期增加,而於第 4 天後明顯下降。試驗處理組之鮮重亦大於對照組;處理組之蒸散量於瓶插過程中均略大於插水的對照組;瓶插第 7 天,插水的萎凋花朵數為 5.2 朵,處理組為 2.8 朵。處理組之觀賞品質及瓶插壽命明顯較對照組為佳。漂白水及蔗糖配方為適用於向日葵及金魚草家庭瓶插用保鮮劑。

Improving Visual Quality of Cut Sunflower and Snapdragon by Preservatives with Bleach and Sucrose

ABSTRACT
 

   Vase life and visual quality of cut sunflower (Helianthus annuus) and snapdragon (Antirrhinum majus) in diluted 500 times bleach with 2% sucrose or water (control) were evaluated. Fresh weight of cut sunflower in preservative was higher than that in water, but the transpiration rate of two treatments were similar. Flower diameter of sunflower in preservative was larger and increased 27-33%. Vase life prolonged 3.7 days. Fresh weight of cut snapdragon increased in the beginning 4 days in the vase and then declined. Fresh weight of flowers in preservatives was also higher than that in control. Transpiration of flower in bleach and sucrose was higher than flower in water. In 7th day, 5.2 flowers wilted in control but only 2.8 flowers did in preservative. The visual quality and vase life were significantly improved by preservative. Combination of diluted bleach and sucrose was a useful preservative for sunflower and snapdragon.
