79-1 應用1-MCP在蝴蝶蘭屬及朵麗蝶蘭屬盆花模擬外銷貯運之研究

在加入 WTO 後蝴蝶蘭是國內花卉界較具競爭力的花種。 1-MCP (1-methylcyclopropene) 是一種氣體乙烯抑制劑,其作用之原理為 1-MCP 接觸植物細胞中乙烯受體,產生不可逆反應而暫緩植物成熟老化之生理反應。蝴蝶蘭類對乙烯相當敏感,故本試驗採用乙烯抑制劑處理蝴蝶蘭類盆花。蝴蝶蘭Phal. Taisuco Kaaladian ‘Hou’ 品種以 CK 、 STS 、 1-MCP 處理,在第一朵花謝日數方面, 1-MCP 處理可較 CK 延緩 6.6 日, STS 處理可較 CK 延緩 4.3 天。在貯運後第 14 天 ( 貯運後第二週 ) 各處理之花朵萎凋率分別為 5.7% (CK) 、 2.7% (STS) 、 0.0% (1-MCP) , CK 與 1-MCP 處理間差異顯著。以 CK 、 STS 、 1-MCP 處理朵麗蝶蘭盆花Dtps. Taisuco Pixie ,在第一朵花謝日數方面, 1-MCP 處理較 CK 延緩 8.4 日, STS 處理較 CK 延緩 3.1 日。在貯運後第 18 天 ( 貯運後第三週 ) 各處理之花朵萎凋率分別為 10.5% (CK) 、 4.5% (STS) 、 1.1% (1-MCP) , CK 與 1-MCP 間差異顯著。 1-MCP 對蝴蝶蘭及朵麗蝶蘭可延長第一朵花謝日數,增加開花壽命,但對觀賞壽命 (60% 花朵萎凋 ) 處理效果不顯著。

Phalaenopsis and Doritaenopsis are important potted flowers production in Taiwan, and are considered very competitive on the world market after entering into the World Trade Organization. Since Phalaenopsis and Doritaenopsis are very sensitive to ethylene-induced damage, potted Phalaenopsis and Doritaenopsis were tested in this study to evaluate the effect of 1-MCP and STS (silver thiosulphate) on the postproduction qualily under simulated transport. The results showed that, in comparison with control, the opening days of the first floret of Phal Taisuco Kaaladian ‘Hou’ treated with 1-MCP and STS were delayed for 6.6 days and 4.3 days, respectively. After 14 days of simulated transport, the percentage of wilted florets of control, STS and 1-MCP were 5.7%, 2.7% and 0.0%, respectively. The opening days of the first floret of Dtps. Taisuco Pixie treated with 1-MCP and STS were delayed for 8.4 days and 3.1 days, respectively. Afer 18 days of simulated transport, the percentage of wilted florets of control, STS and 1-MCP were 10.5%, 4.5% and 1.1%, respectively. It is concluded that 1-MCP treatment could extend the opening days of the first floret and reduce the number of wilted florets during the first two weeks of bothPhal. and Dtps. However, it had little effect on extending the display life of the whole inflorescence.
