78-2 不同氮肥用量與有機介質對彩色海芋生長及切花產量之影響

本研究目的在探討使用不同有機介質栽培下,施用不同氮肥用量對彩色海芋生長、切花產量、切花品質及植株營養要素含量之影響,以期做為彩色海芋栽培管理應用及研究之參考。試驗介質種類包括太空包堆肥介質及泥炭苔等二種,氮肥處理包括 0 、 150 、 300 、 450 kg/ha 等四級。由試驗結果顯示,施用較高氮肥用量 450 kg/ha 處理下,對彩色海芋植株地上部乾物重有較佳的效益,但對彩色海芋植株根部乾物重,則以氮肥用量 150 kg/ha 之處理效益較佳。且不論使用太空包堆肥介質或泥炭苔介質,切花產量以氮肥用量 150 kg/ha 處理顯著較高,分別比不施氮肥之空白處理增加約 40~47% 之多。在彩色海芋切花期之植株地上部、根部及球莖部位的氮含量,會隨氮肥用量之提高而增加,並以氮肥用量 450 kg/ha 處理顯著較高。彩色海芋植株的營養要素含量亦會受不同介質之影響;例如在彩色海芋球莖部位磷、鉀等營養要素含量上,使用太空包堆肥介質者較高於使用泥炭苔介質者,此結果應與前者介質成分中的磷、鉀含量高於後者介質有密切關聯。綜合以上結果顯示,栽培彩色海芋之經濟合理氮肥用量約為 150 kg/ha ,且使用太空包堆肥介質之效益亦不遜於使用泥炭苔介質。

Experiment was conducted to determine the effects of nitrogen amount and organic medium on the growth, yield and quality of cut-flower and nutrient partitioning of calla lily (Zantedeschia Spreng). Treatments of growth media (mushroom compost and peatmoss) and four amounts of nitrogen fertilizers (0, 150, 300, and 450 kg/ha) were used. The results indicated that a significant effect was found on the increase of shoot dry weight of calla lily with applying 450 N kg/ha which was the best treatment in increasing dry weight of tubers. In respect of the quality and yield of cut-flower of calla lily, the application of 150 N kg/ha was the best treatment in two growth media. Increase of the amounts of nitrogen applied could increase the nitrogen contents of the shoot, root and tuber of calla lily. For mushroom growth medium, the phosphate and potassium contents of the tuber of calla lily were higher than that of peatmoss medium. This result was coordinate with the fact that phosphate and potassium contents of mushroom growth medium were higher than that of peatmoss medium. Therefore, we raised a conjecture of high relationship between the phosphate and potassium contents of the tuber of calla lily and growth medium. However, the optimum amount of 150 N kg/ha fertilizer was recommended for the cultivation of calla lily growing in either mushroom compost or peatmoss medium.
