以RAPD分析豌豆種源遺傳歧異度之研究

摘  要
 

   本研究藉由隨機複製多型性 DNA (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA, RAPD) 技術,針對國家作物種源庫之收藏,探討種源間之遺傳歧異性,以作為種源研究及育種工作之參考。研究顯示所有種源可分為三群及五個單一品種, 38 個引子共產生 232 條帶,每組引子可產生 3~11 條帶,平均每組可產生 6.1 條帶,所有品種之遺傳相似度最低為 0.626 ,最高 0.978 。由研究顯示 RAPD 可正確顯示種源間之親緣關係與遺傳歧異度。

The Analysis of Genetic Diversity of Germplasm Collections of Pea (Pisum sativum L.) by RAPD

ABSTRACT
 
  In this study, the genetic diversity of pea accessions collected by the NPGRC are analyzed via RAPD techniques as basic information for germplasm research and breeding programs in the future. The results indicated that all the pea accessions analyzed could be divided into 3 groups and 5 individual accessions. 3-11 polymorphic bands were generated by 38 random primers, with an average of 6.1 bands each. The lowest and highest genetic similarity recorded were 0.626 and 0.978, respectively. The phylogenetic relationships and genetic diversity tested by RAPD in this research can be revealed accurately.
