70-4 施用雞糞堆肥及牛糞堆肥對甘藍養分吸收之影響

本研究目的在於探討使用 雞糞堆肥及牛糞堆肥對甘藍養分吸收特性之影響 ,並據以評估不同堆肥在大村及名間等試區之使用效益,以期做為日後有機質肥料應用於甘藍栽培之參考。由試驗結果顯示,在同一試區中,當堆肥用量高達 100 t/ha 以上時,使用雞糞堆肥或牛糞堆肥對甘藍植株養分含量及吸收量均無顯著差異,其中甘藍植株營養要素吸收經由雞糞堆肥或牛糞堆肥所供應的百分比率在大村試區及名間試區分別約為 49.6~58.5% 及 44.6~61.5% 。另甘藍植株之乾物重及氮、磷、鉀吸收量,在雞糞堆肥 100 t/ha 、牛糞堆肥 130 t/ha 及化學肥料 (N-P2O5-K2O:250-80-180 kg/ha) 等處理間無顯著差異。在不同試區中,當使用相同堆肥種類及用量處理下,大村試區所獲得的甘藍植株養分 ( 包括氮、磷、鉀、鈣及鎂 ) 含量及吸收量均大於名間試區。其中由大村試區及名間試區土壤所供應的甘藍植株營養要素吸收百分率分別約為 41.4~50.4% 及 32.4~55.4% 。

The aim of this research is to evaluate the effect of appling chicken and dairy compost on nutrient uptakes of cabbage. Field experiments were conducted with different fertilizers and application rates at Tatsuen and Mingen. The results indicated that the dry weight of shoot, nutrient contents, and uptakes of cabbage had no significant difference between chicken and dairy compost in the same trial location when the application rates were higher than 100 t/ha. Whenever, the nutrient uptake ratios of cabbage plant from chicken compost or dairy compost were 49.6-58.5% in Tatsuen and 44.6-61.5% in Mingen, respectively. The dry weight of plant and N, P, K uptakes of cabbage had no significant difference among the treatments of chicken compost 100 t/ha, dairy compost 130 t/ha, and chemical fertilizer treatment (N-P2O5-K2O: 250-80-180 kg/ha). On the treatment of same compost and same application rate, the N, P, K, Ca, Mg contents and uptakes of cabbage plant in Tatsuen trial location were higher than those in Mingen trial location. The nutrient uptake ratios of cabbage plant were 41.4-50.4% from Tatsuen soil and 32.4-55.4% from Mingen soil, respectively.
