不同枝條數目對麻芝茄產量與果實品質之影響

摘  要

   本研究目的在探討茄子 V 型整枝栽培,其不同留枝條數目 ( 亦即 2 、 4 及 6 個主枝等 ) 對茄子生育及產量之影響。結果顯示茄子產量隨著所留枝條數目的增加而明顯的有增加的趨勢,以整枝修剪成 6 個主枝處理者表現最好,可達 183.4 t/ha ,其次為留 4 個主枝的 160 t/ha ,最差者為留 2 個主枝者,僅有 123.1 t/ha 。而茄果品質不受植株枝條數目多寡之影響。在單果性狀方面,枝條數目多寡對果徑、單果重及茄果顏色等性狀並無顯著性差異。因此,建議茄子 V 型整枝栽培,以整枝修剪成 6 個主枝處理者為適當。

Influence of Shoot Number on Yield and Fruit Quality of 'Extra Long' Eggplant (Solanum melongena L.)

ABSTRACT
   The purpose of this experiment was to assess the influence of different primary shoot number (i.e. 2, 4, and 6 shoots) per plant on yield and fruit quality of eggplant under V-type training condition. Results indicated that total yield was increased as the number of primary shoots were increased. The best yield was obtained with the treatment of 6 primary shoots, followed by 4, and 2 primary shoots and the corresponding yields were 183.4, 160.0, and 123.1 t/ha, respectively. The effects of shoot numbers on fruit diameter, single fruit weight and fruit coloration were not significant. Based on the total yield and fruit quality, six-shoot V-type training eggplants is recommended.
