民間設置葡萄酒廠之經濟可行性分析

摘　　要

　　 以 往 台 灣 釀 酒 葡 萄 雖 採 契 作 栽 培 ， 但 在 近 幾 年 來 ， 每 逢 七 、 八 月 必 有 釀 酒 葡 萄 收 購 問 題 發 生 ， 因 此 公 賣 局 於 民 國 85 年 契 作 合 約 期 滿 後 ， 已 終 止 葡 萄 收 購 ， 面 對 收 購 業 務 的 終 止 ， 有 些 農 民 已 進 行 轉 作 ， 有 些 農 民 則 對 台 灣 釀 酒 葡 萄 產 業 的 未 來 仍 抱 持 著 希 望 。 由 於 釀 酒 葡 萄 產 業 的 發 展 有 賴 國 人 對 國 產 葡 萄 酒 的 需 求 ， 而 未 來 若 民 間 設 置 葡 萄 酒 廠 將 有 助 於 國 產 葡 萄 酒 市 場 的 拓 展 ， 因 此 ， 本 文 的 目 的 旨 在 探 討 民 間 設 置 葡 萄 酒 廠 的 經 濟 可 行 性 ， 期 供 有 意 設 置 酒 廠 的 相 關 單 位 參 考 。 本 研 究 引 用 資 本 回 收 期 間 法 分 析 結 果 顯 示 ： 投 資 9,583 萬 元 (未 含 土 地 取 得 成 本 3,200 萬 元) ， 興 建 葡 萄 酒 廠 ， 在 工 廠 完 工 後 約 三 年 可 回 收 資 本 ， 倘 資 本 額 包 含 土 地 取 得 成 本 ， 則 約 3.5 年 回 收 資 本 。 可 見 ， 就 純 經 濟 的 立 場 而 言 ， 民 間 設 置 葡 萄 酒 廠 是 可 行 的 。

The Economic Analysis on the Establishment of Private Grape Wine Factory

Summary

　　 In the past year, cultivation of the wine grapes in Taiwan was under the contract. However, in July and August of recent years, there were still some purchasing problems accurred due to the overproduction of wine grapes. In 1996, the Taiwan Tobacco & Wine Monopoly Bureau terminated the contract for wine grapes pruchasing. Facing the termination of pruchasing contract, some farmers changed their cultivated crops although some famers still kept their hopes for wine grape industry. Since the development of wine grape in dustry depended on the demand of people for domestic grape wine and the establishment of private wine factory may be helpful for the extension of the grape wine market, thus, the prupose of this study is aimed on the economic analysis for the establishment of private wine factory. The data obtained may be used as reference data by the related agencies. In this research, the method of payback period was used and results showed that for investment of 95.83 millions NT dollar (not including the land cost of 32 millions NT dollar) on the construction of wine factory, the payback period is about 3 years. Also, If the land investment cost was included, the payback period would be 3.5 years. Thus, on the viewpoint of economic aspects, it is feasible for the establishment of private grape wine factory.
