瓜實蠅食物誘引劑之誘殺效果篩選試驗

摘　　要

　　瓜 實 蠅 為 本 省 瓜 果 類 蔬 菜 重 要 害 蟲 之 一 ， 幼 蟲 於 果 皮 內 蛀 食 果 肉 ， 防 治 困 難 。 本 試 驗 針 對 其 成 蟲 期 ， 以 寶 特 瓶 分 別 盛 裝 不 同 廠 牌 之 芭 樂 汁 、 流 連 蛋 白 質 水 解 物 及 克 蠅 溶 液 ， 於 苦 瓜 園 進 行 誘 殺 試 驗 結 果 ， 對 於 瓜 實 蠅 雌 蟲 以 25% 香 吉 士 及 綠 洲 芭 樂 汁 ， 每 個 誘 蟲 器 之 一 天 之 平 均 分 別 誘 殺 20.75 隻 及 20.38 隻 最 多 ， 與 其 他 處 理 間 呈 顯 著 差 異 ； 對 於 雄 蟲 則 以 95% 克 蠅 溶 液 平 均 誘 殺 60.5 隻 最 多 。 以 香 吉 士 及 綠 洲 芭 樂 汁 分 別 添 加 24% 納 乃 得 液 劑 、 58% 乃 力 松 乳 劑 及 33% 福 木 松 乳 劑 ， 進 行 不 同 殺 蟲 劑 誘 殺 試 驗 結 果 ， 以 綠 洲 芭 樂 汁 添 加 乃 力 松 乳 劑 500 倍 平 均 誘 殺 35.44 隻 最 多 。 以 綠 洲 芭 樂 汁 、 流 連 蛋 白 質 水 解 物 10 倍 、 100 倍 、 香 瓜 精 及 新 鮮 番 石 榴 果 實 進 行 誘 殺 試 驗 結 果 ， 對 於 雌 蟲 以 綠 洲 芭 樂 汁 ， 每 天 平 均 誘 殺 27.67 隻 較 多 ， 與 其 他 處 理 間 呈 顯 著 差 異 。 以 香 吉 士 芭 樂 汁 分 別 放 入 不 同 型 式 誘 殺 器 進 行 誘 殺 試 驗 結 果 ， 對 於 雌 蟲 以 寶 特 瓶 平 均 每 天 誘 殺 3.96 隻 較 多 ； 對 於 雄 蟲 以 傳 統 式 白 色 誘 蟲 器 平 均 每 天 誘 殺 24.29 隻 較 多 。 綜 合 上 述 結 果 ， 建 議 於 瓜 果 開 花 結 果 期 ， 選 用 芭 樂 汁 放 入 寶 特 瓶 誘 殺 器 同 時 誘 殺 雄 蟲 及 雌 蟲 ， 再 配 合 果 實 早 期 套 袋 ， 以 減 少 瓜 實 蠅 危 害 損 失 。

Screening of Food Attractant on the Killing Effect of Bactrocera cucurbitaeCog.

Summary

　　Bactrocera cucurbitae Cog. is one of the most important insect pests on Cucurbit vegetable crops in Taiwan. The larva habitated inside the flesh, checimal control is very difficult. The screening experiment was used PE bottle filled with different brands of guava juice, durian protein extract and Cue-lure solution as attractant, and place in the bitter gourd orchard. The result showed that the daily average attracting number of female melon fly by 25% Sunkist and Oasis guava juice is the highest among treatments, which is 20.75 and 20.38, respectively. The difference is significant among treatments. The 95% Cue-lure solution attracted more male melon fly than other treatments, Which is 60.5. The Sunkist and Oasis guava juice added 24% Methomyls., 58% Naled E.C. and 33% Formothion E.C. separately to test the attracting effect of insecticides on melon fly. The result indicated that the Oasis guava juice added with Naled 500 times att racted the most melon fly among treatments, which is 35.44. The results of using Oasis guava juice, durian protein extract 10 and 100 times, melon juice and fresh guava fruit as melon fly attractants showed that the Oasis guava juice attracted more female melon fly than other treatments, which is average 27.67 per day. The difference between treatments is significant. The Sunkist guava juice added into different types of insect trap to test the effect of melom fly attracting. The result indicated that the PE bottle daily average attracted female melon fly number is the highest among treatment, which is 3.96. The traditional white color insect trap attracted more male melon fly than other treatment, which is 24.29 per day. From the above results,it is recommended that using PE bottle added with guava juice could attract male and female melon fly at blooming and fruitsetting stages combined with fruit bagging practice to reduce the loss and damage caused by melon fly.
