南方綠椿象之生活史及在不同作物上族群之消長

摘　　要

　　南 方 綠 椿 象 (Nezara viridula Linnaeus) 於 室 溫 (24 ～ 28℃) 以 豇 豆 嫩 豆 莢 飼 養 時 ， 卵 期 、 若 蟲 期 、 成 蟲 壽 命 各 為 5.4 、 34.9 及 22.6 天 ， 完 成 一 世 代 約 需 63 天 。 若 蟲 脫 皮 四 次 ， 共 有 五 齡 。 一 隻 雌 蟲 平 均 產 卵 3.4 次 (1 ～ 6 次) ， 平 均 產 卵 數 215粒 (20 ～ 425 粒) 。 在 28℃ 恆 溫 下 發 育 較 佳 ， 在 16℃ 下 卵 無 法 孵 化 ， 亦 不 能 完 成 若 蟲 一 個 齡 期 之 發 育 。 36℃ 大 幅 提 高 死 亡 率 。 本 蟲 性 喜 取 食 豇 豆 及 菜 豆 之 幼 嫩 豆 莢 及 乳 熟 期 稻 穗 。 在 台 灣 中 部 ， 水 稻 與 豇 豆 、 菜 豆 混 作 區 ， 本 蟲 一 年 可 發 生 四 代 。 以 豇 豆 、 菜 豆 之 結 莢 期 及 水 稻 抽 穗 期 為 其 族 群 發 生 之 高 峰 期 。

Life History of Nezara viridula Linnaeus and its Population Fluctuations on Different Crops

Summary

　　The southern green stinkbug, Nezara viridual , reared with young asparagus bean pods had an egg stage of 5.4 days, nymphal stage of 34.9 days and adult stage of 22.6 days, with an average life cycle of 63 days. The nymphs undergo four moults and each female adult in 3.4 times (1 to 6 times) lays an average of 215 eggs (20 to 425 eggs). A constant rearing temperature of 28℃was the optimal for the growth and development of this stinkbug, at low temperature (16℃) the eggs could not hatch and the nymphs could not moult and at high temperature (36℃) the mortality was high. Among the leaves, stems and spikes of common crops, such as rice and beans, this stinkbug prefer feeding on young pods of common bean and asparagus bean, as well as the milking- stage rice spikes. In central Taiwan where rice, common bean and asparagus bean are mix-planted, four generations of this insect are found each year and its population peaks during pod-forming stage of the common and asparagus bean plants and the spiking stage of the paddy rice.
