嫩薑深溝築畦機之研製

摘　　要

　　本 研 究 設 計 並 試 製 二 台 單 行 式 嫩 薑 深 溝 築 畦 機 ， 可 提 供 給 農 民 做 為 挖 掘 薑 壟 之 用 。 雛 型 機 以 中 耕 管 理 機 為 行 走 部 ， 分 別 配 置 8.5 及 10 Hp 汽 油 引 擎 ， 原 耕 耘 部 位 置 則 改 裝 成 鏈 式 挖 掘 機 構 。 其 中 第 一 型 機 以 新 開 發 之 同 心 軸 式 雙 速 行 星 齒 輪 減 速 機 降 低 田 間 作 業 速 度 至 0.29 km/hr ， 同 時 於 傳 動 系 中 設 計 一 組 過 負 荷 保 護 傳 動 齒 輪 箱 ， 可 確 保 傳 動 軸 組 不 致 損 壞 。 機 體 於 道 路 操 作 時 ， 只 需 切 換 行 星 齒 輪 組 後 ， 便 可 配 合 操 作 人 步 伐 之4.91 km/hr 快 速 度 移 動 ； 第 二 型 機 則 簡 化 第 一 型 機 繁 複 的 機 構 設 計 ， 其 加 大 馬 力 並 以 較 快 的 速 度 0.52 km/hr 於 田 間 作 業 ， 而 引 擎 反 向 組 裝 及 挖 掘 鏈 藉 彈 簧 壓 縮 緩 衝 等 ， 亦 可 達 到 動 力 傳 遞 與 過 負 荷 保 護 的 目 的 。 經 測 試 原 地 靜 態 最 大 挖 掘 深 度 分 別 可 達 44 及 50 cm ， 行 進 間 挖 掘 則 為 32 及 29 cm ， 而 長 10 m 之 薑 壟 作 業 時 間 僅 約 2.27 和 1.28 min ， 可 較 人 工 快 達 8 與 13 倍 。

Development and Testing of the Chain Trencher for Soft Ginger

Summary

　　The purpose of this research is to develop two prototype chain trenchers for soft ginger growers to excavate ginger ditches by 10 m length, 40 cm depth and 15 cm width. The first type machine is mounted on an 8.5 Hp cultivator. The orginal cultivating mechanism was taken off and replaced by a chain-type trencher, also uses a new developed double speed co-axial planetary reducer to slow down the field speed to 0.29 km/hr. Another over -load protection gear box is added in power line for prevention from damage. When moving on road, the machine can be drived at 4.91 km/hr speed by shifting the planet gear set to normal speed. The second type machine use same frame with a bigger 10 Hp engine has the working speed of 0.52 km/hr. The 10 Hp engine is mounted inversively to simplify transmission mechanism. Experimental results show that the maximum ditch depth (not in moving) done by the first and second machine reach 44 cm and 50 cm in depth, and about 32 cm & 29 cm maximum when in moving and trenching, and the working capacity of the trencher is about 2.27 minutes and 1.28 minutes as they dig a standard ditch. Preliminary estimation show that the working efficiency of the first and second type machine is about 8 times and 13 times of labor.
