埃及野麻嬰新興蔬菜栽培試驗

摘　　要

　　引 進 埃 及 野 麻 嬰 進 行 適 應 性 觀 察 ， 探 討 其 種 植 適 期 、 採 收 嫩 梢 長 度 、 肥 培 管 理 要 點 及 市 場 發 展 潛 力 ， 供 為 教 育 和 推 廣 之 依 據 。 由 83 、 84 年 試 驗 觀 察 結 果 ， 4 ～ 6 月 為 埃 及 野 麻 嬰 種 植 適 期 ， 8 月 份 以 後 種 植 者 ， 因 受 日 照 變 短 ， 夜 溫 下 降 影 響 ， 植 株 容 易 抽 蕾 開 花 ， 葉 片 變 窄 而 細 小 ， 缺 乏 商 品 價 值 ， 為 不 適 種 植 時 期 。 嫩 梢 採 收 長 度 ， 無 論 採 摘 長 度 是 10 、 15 或 20 cm ， 其 對 產 量 影 響 差 異 不 大 ， 如 就 採 摘 難 易 區 分 ， 以 10 ～ 15 cm 長 較 方 便 。

Observation Trial of Newly Introduced Vegetable - Jew's Mallow

Summary

　　The observation trial for newly introduced vegetable - jew's mallow was conducted at Puli station, evaluate the suitable planting date, harvesting shoot length, fertilizer response and marketing potential. The result of trial at 1994 - 1995 indicated that April to June is the suitable planting period. Those planting after August will resulted in bolting plants and slender leaves without marketing value due to shorter day length and lower night temperature. The harvesting shoot length at 10, 15 or 20 cm have not effect on yield. The shoot length of 10 - 15 cm is very convenient for harvesting.
