豌豆豆莢無筋絲遺傳之研究

摘　　要

　　豆 莢 有 筋 絲 品 種 台 中 11 號 、 台 中 12 號 及 台 中 13 號 ， 分 別 與 無 筋 絲 品 種 Sugar Daddy 雜 交 ， 所 有 F₁ 植 株 及 F₁ 回 交 有 筋 絲 親 本 (BC₁) 之 後 代 均 為 有 筋 絲 ， 顯 示 豆 莢 無 筋 絲 性 狀 為 隱 性 遺 傳 。 各 雜 交 組 合 之 F₂ 及 其 F₁ 回 交 無 筋 絲 親 本 (BC₂) 時 ， 出 現 無 筋 絲 之 株 數 非 常 之 少 ， 而 且 毫 無 規 則 。 由 於 其 遺 傳 行 為 複 雜 ， 故 無 法 推 斷 控 制 該 性 狀 之 正 確 因 子 數 目 。 惟 本 試 驗 發 現 無 筋 絲 性 狀 有 不 同 之 等 級 ， 因 此 推 測 該 性 狀 除 了 由 主 效 因 子 控 制 外 ， 尚 有 微 效 因 子 會 左 右 其 表 現 。 此 外 ， 同 一 雜 交 組 合 內 ， 在 F₂ 及 BC₂ 之 分 離 世 代 ， 出 現 無 筋 絲 之 比 率 ， 在 冬 作 期 間 較 夏 作 期 間 為 低 ， 證 明 溫 度 對 此 性 狀 之 表 現 亦 有 影 響 。

Inheritance of Stringless Pod in Pea (Pisum sativum L.)

Summary

　　By crossing the stringy varieties of Taichung 11, Taichung 12 and Taichung 13 with stringless variety of Sugar Daddy, all plants of the F1 and backcross to the stringy parent had stringy pods. These results showed that stringlessness is a completely recessive character. Due to small number of stringless plants and no obvious or consistent pattern in segregation ratios in the progenies of F₂ and backcrosses of F₁ to the stringless parent, it is difficult to determine how many major gene(s) control the stringlessness. Fixed differences in the degree of stringlessness observed among the stringless parent and segregating populations indicated that there are modifying genes affecting the expression of this trait. The lower percentage of stringless plants recovered in segregating generations in the winter crop than those of summer crop within each cross showed that temperature could influence the expression of stringlessness.
