溫室內部雙軌道式自動噴霧裝置改良研究

摘　　要

　　鋼 索 軌 道 架 設 程 序 簡 化 可 以 縮 短 施 工 時 程 ， 降 低 製 作 成 本 ， 同 時 畦 上 沒 有 鋼 索 支 撐 桿 ， 對 溫 室 內 其 他 作 業 不 會 有 干 涉 現 象 。 開 發 完 成 的 寬 跨 距 雙 鋼 索 軌 道 式 自 走 自 動 噴 霧 裝 置 ， 每 棟 施 工 可 較 舊 式 節 省 66% 工 時 ， 以 及 節 省 施 工 成 本 11,000 元 。 此 裝 置 配 合 變 頻 器 、 定 時 器 及 電 磁 閥 等 電 氣 元 件 ， 可 達 成 無 人 操 作 定 時 自 動 作 業 效 果 。 變 頻 器 頻 率 調 整 範 圍 從 40HZ 至 120HZ ， 則 噴 架 速 率 可 調 整 自 1.25km/hr 至 3.6km/hr 。 噴 霧 壓 力 在 20kg/cm² 條 件 下 ， 6只 省 產 扇 形 噴 頭 出 水 量 為 10 公 升 / 分 鐘 。 試 驗 溫 室 尺 寸 為 38m 長 ， 6m 寬 ， 其 施 噴 量 隨 噴 架 速 率 變 化 從 18 公 升 降 至 6.2 公 升 ， 使 用 者 在 設 定 幫 浦 壓 力 之 後 ， 可 簡 易 且 有 效 地 控 制 施 噴 量 。

Improvement of Wide Span Twin-wire-rail Auto-spraying Equipment in Greenhouse

Summary

　　Simplify the assembling process of twin-wire spraying equipment could reduce labor and cost. Move the wire rails near the wall of greenhouse can provide an open space to the plant, and be easier to fix and calibrate the wire rails. The development of the wide span twin-wire-rail automatic spraying equipment associated with motor inverter,timer and solenoid valve can carry out the spraying work on time automatically. The new design also can save 8 hours of assembling time and NT$11,000 assembling cost of each set. The spraying nozzles on carrier can move from 1.25 - 3.6 km/hr as the frequency of inverter change from 40 HZ to 120 HZ. There are 6 flat spraying pattern nozzles have 10 liter/min flow rate at 20 kg/cm² pump pressure. The spraying volume in the greenhouse with 38m length by 6m width is adjustable from 18 liters to 6.23 liters, depend on moving speed of nozzle carrier. The spraying volume can be adjusted accurately and effectively by this equipment under user.
