非農藥物質對玫瑰二點葉璊之影響

摘　　要

　　本 試 驗 分 室 內 及 田 間 試 驗 兩 部 份 ， 室 內 測 試 係 選 用 優 利 二 號 有 機 肥 、 糖 醋 液 、 木 醋 液 、 工 研 醋 及 達 姆 一 號 有 機 肥 等 五 種 非 農 藥 物 質 ， 並 以 水 及 殺 璊 劑 50% 得 氯 璊 可 濕 性 粉 劑 為 對 照 ， 測 試 該 等 物 質 對 玫 瑰 二 點 葉 璊 之 毒 性 。 測 試 結 果 ， 處 理 後 24 及 72hr 對 玫 瑰 二 點 葉 璊 雌 成 璊 之 致 死 率 以 優 利 二 號 有 機 肥 250 倍 效 果 最 佳 ， 致 死 率 分 別 達 73.9% 及 75.6% ， 比 殺 璊 劑 50% 得 氯 璊 可 濕 性 粉 劑 1600 倍 之 致 死 率 3.9% 及 52.8% 為 佳 ； 其 他 供 試 物 質 之 致 死 率 偏 低 ， 均 在 43.6% 以 下 。 田 間 防 治 試 驗 則 以 優 利 二 號 有 機 肥 等 四 種 非 農 藥 物 質 供 試 ， 連 續 施 用 二 次 ， 試 驗 結 果 供 試 之 四 種 物 質 對 玫 瑰 二 點 葉 璊 之 後 代 族 群 均 有 抑 制 效 果 。 僅 施 用 一 次 時 ， 對 二 點 葉 璊 成 若 璊 之 防 治 率 以 優 利 二 號有 機 肥 200 倍 及 工 研 醋 200 倍 兩 處 理 區 較 高 ， 達 86.7% 及 88.6% ； 對 幼 璊 之 防 治 效 果 則 四 種 供 試 物 質 皆 有 佳 效 ， 防 治 率 均 達 82.3% 以 上 ； 經 連 續 施 用 二 次 之 防 治 效 果 ， 不 論 對 成 若 璊 、 幼 璊 及 卵 均 以 優 利 二 號 有 機 肥 及 工 研 醋 兩 處 理 區 較 佳 。 殘 效 性 則 以 優 利 二 號 有 機 肥 施 用 區 較 長 ， 可 維 持 到 21 天 。 次 為 工 研 醋 施 用 區 之 殘 效 性 亦 達 14 ～ 21 天 ， 而 木 醋 液 及 糖 醋 液 之 殘 效 較 短 ， 僅 達 7 天 左 右 。 供 試 之 四 種 非 農 藥 物 質 於 試 驗 觀 察 期 間 內 對 玫 瑰 並 未 發 現 有 藥 害 和 其 他 不 良 現 象 ， 可 推 薦 供 玫 瑰 二 點 葉 璊 防 治 時 與 殺 璊 劑 輪 用 。 至 於 該 等 物 質 對 二 點 葉 璊 之 作 用 機 制 為 何 ， 則 有 待 進 一 步 探 討 。

Effect of Non-Pesticidal Substances against Two-Spotted Spider Mites on Roses

Summary

　　A laboratory test was performed to measure the effect of five non-pesticidal substances, i.e., Yu-li 2 organic fertilizer, Dahm 1 organic fertilizer, sugar-vinegar solution, wood vinegar solution and vinegar solution, on the two-spotted spider mites on rose plants. Water and a miticide, 50% dienochlor, were used as references. In terms of 24 and 72-hr mortality toward female adult mites, Yu-li 2 organic fertilizer (250-fold dilution) was the most effective giving 73.9 and 75.6% mortality, better than the effect of 50% dienochlor, 3.9% and 52.8% mortality. The other substances were much less effective with mortality lower than 43.6%. Four of these substances were also tested in the field for their efficacy against the two-spotted spider mite. With one application, Yu-li 2 organic fertilizer (200-fold dilution) and vinegar solution (200-fold dilution) were more effective than the other two substances, with 86.7 and 88.6% mortality, respectively, towerd adult and nymphal mites. All four substances performed well against the larvae with mortality higher than 82.3%. With two consecutive applications, Yu-li 2 organic fertilizer and vinegar solution gave better control of eggs, adult, nymphal and larval mites. The effect of Yu-li 2 organic fertilizer lasted for 21 days, longer than that of the others. The residual effect of vinegar solution lasted for 14-21 days and that of wood vinegar solution and surgar-vinegar solution persisted for only 7 days. No phytotoxicity or other adverse effect was observed with these substances. Therefore, they are recommended to be used alternatively with miticides for the control of the two-spotted spider mite on roses. The mechanism of their action against this mite remains to be studied.
