Dihydrozeatin，一種誘導栽培稻 (台梗3號)幼苗生長的強促進劑

摘　　要

　　本 題 研 究 的 目 的 主 要 是 在 探 討 dihydrozeatin (DHZ) 溶 入 Hoagland 溶 液 內 (10^-9 至 10^-17M) 對 台 梗 3 號 幼 苗 的 shoot 及 根 生 長 有 何 不 同 的 影 響 力 。 結 果 顯 示 此 DHZ溶 液 在 10^-9 至 10^-15M 之 間 皆 能 有 效 地 促 進 幼 苗 shoots 之 生 長 而 沒 任 一 DHZ 溶 液 對 根 的 生 長 有 助 益 。 由 這 些 結 果 可 知 DHZ 分 子 溶 入 Hoagland 溶 液 內 對 稻 苗 shoots 之 生 長 是 極 有 幫 助 的 、 快 速 的 且 穩 定 的 。 除 此 之 外 ， DHZ 溶 液 在 10^-15M 仍 屬 有 效 濃 度 ， 此 低 濃 度 是 目 前 在 cytokinins 影 響 植 物 生 長 的 文 獻 內 最 低 者 。 本 篇 內 之 研 究 方 法 可 做 為 栽 培 水 稻 幼 苗 生 長 的 實 用 參 考 。

Dihydrozeatin, a Powerful Chemical for Promoting Shoot Growth of Rice ( Oryza sativaL., cv. Tai-keng 3) Seedlings

　　Effects of dihydrozeatin (DHZ), dissolved in Hoagland solutions at various concentrations (10^-9 to 10^-17 M), on rice seedling shoot and root growth of a Taiwan cultivar (cv. Tai-keng 3) were investigated. The results showed that Hoagland solutions containing DHZ at 10^-9 to 10^-15 M all were effective in promoting shoot growth, but none of DHZ solutions enhanced root growth. These results indicate that DHZ molecules dissolved in Hoagland solution are efficient, rapid and stable in promoting Tai-Keng 3 rice seedling shoot growth. In addition, DHZ solution at 10^-15 M was found to be the lowest effective concentration in the literatures of cytokinin-promoting growth so far. The method used here can be considered as a practical one for cultivating and improving rice seedling growth.
