土壤施藥法對唐菖蒲根蟎之防治效果

摘　　要

　　根 璊 生 活 於 土 中 ， 主 要 危 害 作 物 之 根 莖 部 位 ， 故 施 藥 防 治 頗 為 困 難 。 本 試 驗 之 目 的 在 改 進 田 間 防 治 之 一 些 缺 點 ， 探 討 土 壤 施 藥 法 對 根 璊 之 防 治 效 果 。 由 試 驗 結 果 得 知 ， 防 治 唐 菖 蒲 根 璊 應 在 種 植 前 將 種 球 施 行 浸 藥 處 理 ， 若 不 行 浸 種 處 理 ， 可 於 種 球 種 植 時 將 藥 液 直 接 灌 施 在 種 球 及 植 溝 上 ， 亦 可 得 佳 效 。 於 唐 菖 蒲 生 育 期 ， 對 根 璊 防 治 應 在 種 球 種 植 後 7 ～ 21 天 之 間 ， 以 液 態 殺 蟲 劑 行 土 壤 灌 藥 者 防 治 效 果 顯 著 ， 若 延 期 施 藥 效 果 將 隨 之 降 低 。 本 試 驗 結 果 發 現 ， 在 防 治 唐 菖 蒲 根 璊 上 ， 最 有 效 之 防 治 措 施 為 種 球 先 行 浸 藥 ， 再 於 種 植 後 7 ～ 28 天 內 行 土 壤 灌 藥 二 次 ， 將 藥 劑 灌 施 於 根 際 土 壤 ， 每 公 頃 用 水 量 不 得 少 於 4500 L ， 可 得 最 佳 效 果 。 液 劑 施 藥 時 ， 應 選 推 薦 之 殺 蟲 劑 (如 普 硫 松) 加 殺 菌 劑 撲 克 拉 ， 必 要 時 亦 可 添 加 展 水 (AquaGro) 以 增 加 效 果 。 施 用 10% 托 福 松 粒 劑 (10% Terbufos G.) 時 ， 於 種 植 時 將 粒 劑 撒 施 於 植 溝 內 ， 每 公 頃 用 藥 量 宜 提 高 至 60kg 始 有 佳 效 。 若 從 經 濟 觀 點 考 量 ， 防 治 唐 菖 蒲 根 璊 ， 土 壤 施 用 粒 劑 比 土 壤 灌 施 液 劑 較 為 經 濟 和 省 工 。

Control of Bulb Mites on Gladiolus by Soil Treatment

Summary

　　Soil-dwelling bulb mites primarily damaged the underground bulbs of crops and are difficult to control by chemicals. The present work was aimed at evaluating the control effect of these mites by soil treatment in order to improve existing field control measures. Dipping gladiolus bulbs in insecticides prior to planting is an effective way for the control of these mites. Direct application of liquid insecticide to the bulbs and the ditches during planting is also feasible. Subsequently, the liquid insecticide should be applied to the soil 7 to 21 days after planting. Delayed treatment would result in reduced efficacy. For the control of bulb mites on gladiolus, the best measures included dipping bulbs in advance and applying insecticide solution twice onto the soils between 7 and 28 days after planting. The latter calls for applying the insecticides to the soils around the roots in >4500 liter of water per hectare, mixing fungicide prochloraz with the recommended insecticide (such as prothiofos), and adding adjuvant (such as AquaGro) to enhance the effectiveness. Spreading granular insecticides (such as 10% terbufos G) in the planting ditches at 60 kg/ha gives good control effect. Treating soil with granular insecticides instead of with liquid insecticide is labor saving and more economical.
