東勢鎮高齡者生活輔導班運作成功因素之個案研究

摘　　要

　　本 研 究 以 東 勢 鎮 農 會 輔 導 的 「高 齡 者 生 活 輔 導 班」 為 個 案 研 究 對 象 ， 分 析 其 成 功 運 作 之 因 素 ， 以 提 供 家 政 推 廣 教 育 及 其 他 班 組 織 運 作 的 參 考 。 研 究 發 現 政 策 目 標 的 方 向 、 農 會 總 幹 事 的 重 視 程 度 、 家 政 指 導 員 的 工 作 態 度 、 班 活 動 內 容 是 否 符 合 班 員 需 求 及 班 員 參 加 意 願 的 高 低 均 會 影 響 班 組 織 成 功 運 作 的 因 素 。 今 後 家 政 推 廣 教 育 工 作 在 輔 導 基 層 家 政 班 組 織 運 作 時 ， 宜 配 合 家 政 推 廣 政 策 目 標 ， 輔 導 農 會 重 視 家 政 推 廣 工 作 及 採 取 班 員 需 求 導 向 為 主 的 輔 導 方 式 ， 才 能 促 使 班 組 織 的 成 功 運 作 。

Case Study on the Influential Factors of Aged People Living Improvement Class in Tung-shi

Summary

　　This case study is to find out the influential factors of operation for "Aged People Living Improvement Class" under the supervision of Tung-Shi Farmers' Association. It will provide the reference for extension education of home economic and organization operation of other kind of classes. The result indicated that the factors affect the achievement of class operation are policy orientation, emphasis of general manager of Farmers' Association, attitute of home economic supervision, suitability of class activity content, the williness of attendance of class members. When we supervise the home economic improvement class of basic level, we should be in accordance with the policy goal of extension, supervise the FAs that emphasize the home economic extension work, adopt the supervision mothod of members' need orientation, these are the influential factors for class operation.
