中部地區農村婦女家政教育需求之調查研究

摘　　要

　　本 調 查 研 究 是 以 台 中 地 區 農 村 婦 女 為 對 象 ， 利 用 問 卷 調 查 方 式 ， 收 集 受 訪 農 村 婦 女 對 家 政 教 育 需 求 之 意 見 ， 並 藉 以 瞭 解 不 同 都 市 化 程 度 及 不 同 角 色 農 村 婦 女 間 家 政 教 育 需 求 之 差 異 ， 結 果 為 1. 家 政 教 育 需 求 對 身 心 健 康 及 家 庭 生 活 需 求 之 需 求 程 度 最 高 ， 有 實 用 之 取 向 。 2. 家 事 改 進 班 班 員 與 非 班 員 對 整 體 家 政 教 育 ， 非 班 員 的 需 求 程 度 高 於 班 員 ， 非 班 員 對 參 加 家 事 改 進 班 之 需 要 程 度 高 於 班 員 。 3. 農 村 婦 女 對 家 政 教 育 需 求 ， 並 不 因 都 市 化 程 度 之 不 同 ， 而 有 需 求 上 之 差 異 ， 而 且 也 不影 響 參 加 家 事 改 進 班 之 需 要 性 。 因 此 建 議 家 事 改 進 能 逐 年 新 陳 代 謝 ， 使 推 廣 教 育 更 普 遍 ， 對 學 習 需 求 宜 持 續 不 斷 進 行 研 究 ， 以 符 合 農 村 婦 女 需 求 。

Study on the Need of Farm Women in Home Economics Education in Central Taiwan

Summary

　　The study is to understand the difference of need on home economics education between different urbanization degrees and roles of farm women. The data was collected from the questionaires answered by the farm women in central Taiwan. The result indicated that the need on healthy life and family living is the highest in home economics education. The demand of non-member of home economics improvement group is higher than that of member in term of overall demand.

　　There is no difference in need and willingness of participation of home economics education between different urbanization degrees of farm women. It is suggested that the home economics education should further be improved and enhanced by expanding the extension education, and it is imperative study continuously on the need of home economics education for the farm women.
