堆肥撒佈搬運車研製與試驗

摘　　要

　　研 製 完 成 之 堆 肥 撒 佈 搬 運 車 是 利 用 本 省 極 為 普 遍 之 農 地 動 力 搬 運 車 加 以 改 裝 ， 去 除 原 車 車 斗 後 ， 加 裝 上 自 行 研 製 具 刮 肥 板 機 構 之 車 斗 及 一 具 盤 式 撒 佈 頭 後 即 完 成 兼 具 搬 運 車 與 堆 肥 撒 佈 機 功 能 的 雛 型 機 。 當 不 使 用 撒 佈 機 功 能 時 ， 可 在 5 ～10min 內 不 必 用 特 殊 工 具 即 快 速 卸 下 撒 佈 頭 而 回 復 為 一 般 之 動 力 搬 運 車 。 本 雛 型 機 使 用 13hp 柴 油 引 擎 ， 具 6 前 速 與 2 後 退 速 四 輪 傳 動 ， 堆 肥 載 量 一 次 約 為 800 kg ， 出 肥 量 有 四 段 控 制 ， 撒 佈 寬 度 則 達 6 ～ 8m ， 可 以 彈 性 選 擇 的 3.6 ～ 14.4 km/hr 作 業 車 速 進 行 撒 施 作 業 。 撒 佈 之 堆 肥 細 碎 均 勻 ， 效 果 甚 佳 。 全 車 總 長 405cm ， 幾 為 傳 統 曳 引 機 拖 載 式 撒 佈 車 總 長 的 一 半 ， 而 轉 彎 半 徑 為 2.7m 左 右 ， 遠 低 於 傳 統 式 撒 佈 拖 車 ， 因 此 該 雛 型 機 操 作 上 十 分 靈 活 方 便 且 機 動 性 也 高 的 多 ， 適 於 本 省 小 田 區 制 度 之 使 用 。 綜 合 測 試 結 果 顯 示 該 機 作 業 效 率 較 人 工 撒 施 作 業 要 快 達 8 ～10 倍 ， 是 一 台 效 率 甚 高 之 機 械 。 全 機 已 達 成 初 期 設 計 構 想 及 功 能 ， 但 傳 動 系 統 強 度 及 耐 久 試 驗 等 仍 有 待 較 長 時 間 測 試 。

The Development and Testing of the Manure Spreader on Power Carrier

Summary

　　 The developed manure spreader on power carrier is reformed from a farm land power carrier, which is very popular in Taiwan's farm village. The original carrier's cargo deck was taken away and replaced by two blocks, a manure bin with scraper and a spreading head. When the spreader is not in use, the spreading head can be moved out in about 5 ～ 10 minutes without special tools, and then the machine is changed into a normal power carrier for multipurpose use. The machine uses 13 hp diesel engine, 4 wheels driven and has 6 forward/2 backward speeds. The loading capacity is about 800 kgs and spreading width is 6 ～ 8 m. The operation ground speed is widely ranged from 3.6 to 14.4 km/hr with 4 speeds control of manure output. Manure could be uniformly spreaded in fine form by this effective machine. The 405 cm total length and 2.7 m turning radius are far lower and better than traditional towed manure spreader, so the machine is very easy and convenient to operate and in high movability to suit small fields in Taiwan. The testing results showed that the machine is 9 to 10 times higher than labor in performance. The original objective and design of the machine had been reached but still needs to check out it's durability and strength of all mechanism in several long time runs.
