不同用量乾豬糞對菠菜及葉萵苣生育及產量之影響

摘　　要

　　利 用 紅 壤 (CCe₇) 及 粘 板 岩 老 沖 積 土 (LU₄) 等 二 種 不 同 土 壤 施 用 不 同 用 量 之 乾 豬 糞 ， 以 探 究 對 菠 菜 、 葉 萵 苣 生 育 及 產 量 之 影 響 。 盆 栽 試 驗 結 果 顯 示 隨 著 乾 豬 糞 用 量 之 增 加 對 菠 菜 及 葉 萵 苣 蔬 菜 作 物 之 生 育 及 產 量 均 有 顯 著 相 關 ， 但 以 施 用 20 t/ha 乾 豬 糞 增 產 率 最 大 ， 菠 菜 增 產 率 較 對 照 區 在 紅 壤 及 粘 板 岩 老 沖 積 土 各 達 113.0% 及 44.9% ， 葉 萵 苣 增 產 率 各 為 80.2% 及 59.4% ， 足 證 乾 豬 糞 可 應 用 於 農 田 作 為 很 好 的 有 機 質 肥 料 。

Effect of Application Rate of Hog Manure on the Growth and Yield of Spinach and Leaf Lettuce

Summary

　　Effects of hog manure on the growth and yield of spinach and leaf lettuce growed on a red soil and a slate older alluvial soil were studied. Result of the pot experiment indicated that the amount of application of hog manure is correlated with the growth and yield of spinach and leaf lettuce. The treatment of hog manure at 20 t/ha have the greatest increasing effect. The percentage of yield increase for spinach was 113.0% and 44.9% and for leaf lettuce is 80.2% and 59.4% while grown on a red soil and a slate older alluvial soil, respectively. It is recommended that hog manure is a very good organic fertilizer for application on crop field.
