中部地區主要果樹有機肥料使用調查

摘　　要

　　本 調 查 自 民 國 81 年 元 月 起 至 四 月 止 ， 在 中 部 地 區 選 擇 栽 培 面 積 較 廣 之 柑 橘 、 水 梨 、 葡 萄 、 枇 杷 、 蕃 石 榴 等 重 要 水 果 產 區 ， 進 行 農 家 有 機 肥 料 使 用 種 類 、 有 機 肥 料 使 用 量 及 施 肥 時 有 機 肥 料 使 用 種 類 數 調 查 ， 以 充 分 了 解 中 部 地 區 果 農 施 用 有 機 肥 料 之 狀 況 ， 俾 供 推 動 果 樹 有 機 栽 培 及 果 樹 有 機 生 產 技 術 研 究 之 參 考 。 調 查 結 果 發 現 ， 果 農 使 用 有 機 肥 料 之 種 類 依 來 源 可 歸 類 為 植 物 性 有 機 肥 料 、 動 物 性 有 機 肥 料 及 具 品 牌 商 品 類 有 機 肥 料 三 種 。 就 果 農 對 有 機 肥 料 喜 好 而 言 ， 除 枇 杷 果 農 偏 愛 有 品 牌 商 品 類 有 機 肥 料 外 ， 其 餘 果 農 較 喜 愛 施 用 植 物 性 有 機 肥 料 中 之 油 粕 類 或 動 物 性 有 機 質 肥 料 中 之 禽 畜 糞 。 果 農 每 年 每 戶 每 公 頃 平 均 約 投 入 10,671 kg 有 機 肥 料 ， 其 中 屬 動 物 性 者 最 多 ， 平 均 每 年 每 公 頃 投 入 5,656 kg ， 植 物 性 者 次 之 ， 平 均 每 年 每 公 頃 投 入 3,621 kg ， 有 品 牌 商 品 類 者 最 少 ， 平 均 每 年 每 公 頃 才 投 入 1,484kg 。 果 農 間 有 機 肥 料 的 施 用 量 相 差 很 大 ， 其 影 響 因 素 很 多 ， 但 真 正 原 因 仍 未 明 瞭 ， 有 待 進 一 步 探 討 。 葡 萄 、 蕃 石 榴 果 農 ， 習 慣 使 用 二 種 以 上 有 機 肥 料 者 較 只 使 用 一 種 有 機 肥 料 者 多 ； 但 柑 橘 、 水 梨 、 枇 杷 果 農 則 相 反 ， 尤 其 枇 杷 果 農 同 時 施 用 兩 種 以 上 有 機 肥 料 者 比 例 最 少 。

A Survey of Organic Fertilizer Application for the Main Fruit Tree by the Farmers in Central Taiwan

Summary

　　In order to improve the organic farming technique, a survey on the application of organic fertilizers for the fruit trees by the farmers was conducted in the mian fruit-production regions in central Taiwan from January to April in 1992. The growers of citrus, pear, loquat, and guava trees were visited, and the kinds, the amounts, and the application methods of organic manures to these different farmers were investigated.

　　It is found in the investigation that there were three categories of organic manures commonly used in the fruit tree regions in central Taiwan. They are plant residues, animal manures, and commercial organic fertilizers. To all fruit farmers, the average application rate of organic manures is 10,671 kg/ha/year and the application rate is different in the decreasing order of animal manures (5,656 kg/ha/year), plant residues (3,621 kg/ha/year), and commercial organic fertilizers (1,484 kg/ha/year). The aplication rates between farmers also differ greatly. Many factors may cause this noticeable differences, but the real factors are still unknown. The choice of organic manures are also different from farmers. Loquat farmers prefer commercial organic fertilizers, while other fruit tree farmers favor oil extract wastes or animal manures. As to the frequency of application, there are higher ratio of farmers favor multiple use than single application in grape and in guava, and the reverse is true in citrus, pear, and loquat farmers, especially in loquat, very few farmers will adopt the multiple application method.
