大蒜生長特性之分析

摘　　要

　　調 查 三 個 不 同 蒜 球 大 小 之 大 蒜 品 種 在 不 同 生 長 發 育 時 期 之 變 化 情 形 ， 生 長 分 析 結 果 顯 示 ， 株 高 與 葉 數 之 生 長 變 化 在 品 種 間 無 明 顯 的 差 異 。 三 個 品 種 地 上 部 乾 重 之 生 長 曲 線 有 明 顯 的 差 異 ， 但 均 於 種 植 後 第 7週 開 始 迅 速 增 加 ， 於 第 15 週 達 最 高 峰 。 蒜 球 (地 下 部) 乾 重 於 種 植 後 第 13 週 始 迅 速 增 加 。 平 均 作 物 生 長 速 率 計 算 結 果 ， 三 個 品 種 地 上 部 生 長 速 率 均 於 第 11 週 達 到 高 峰 ， 地 下 部 則 於 第 17 週 達 到 高 峰 。 試 驗 結 果 建 議 ， 大 蒜 種 植 初 期 至 第 11 週 須 增 加 地 上 部 莖 葉 生 長 ， 第 11 週 以 後 則 著 重 於 地 下 部 鱗 莖 之 生 長 促 進 。

Analysis of Growth Patterns in Garlic Plants

Summary

　　The growth and development patterns of three garlic varieties of different bulb sizes were investigated. The results of growth analysis indicated that there was no significant difference in the pattern of changes in plant height and leaf number for the three varieties. Dry weight of the aboveground portion of plant increased rapidly from the 7th week after planting and reached peak stage at 15th week after planting. The marked increase of dry weight of bulb or underground part started at 13th week after planting. The highest crop growth rate for above-and underground parts of garlic plants were occurred at 11th and 17th weeks after planting, respectively.
