蚜蟲傳播木瓜輪點病毒西瓜系統之研究

摘　　要

　　採 集 台 中 地 區 田 間 常 見 13 種 蚜 蟲 於 實 驗 室 飼 養 經 2 小 時 之 飢 餓 並 於 感 染 Papaya Ring-spot Virus Type-W (PRV-W) 之 矮 南 瓜 病 株 上 吸 毒 30 分 鐘 後 ， 以 1 、 5 、 10 和 20 隻 不 同 接 種 蟲 數 ， 接 種 健 全 矮 南 瓜 苗 ， 結 果 顯 示 供 試 蚜 蟲 中 ， 棉 蚜 、 桃 蚜 、 無 肘 脈 蚜 、 黃 脛 黑 尾 蚜 、 玉 米 蚜 、 芹 菜 粉 蚜 、 柳 雙 尾 蚜 、 小 桔 蚜 、 捲 葉 蚜 、 黑 豆 蚜 及 酸 模 蚜 等 11 種 蚜 蟲 能 傳 播 PRV-W 病 毒 ， 其 餘 稻 麥 蚜 及 偽 菜 蚜 則 不 能 傳 毒 。

Transmission of Papaya Ringspot Virus Type - W by Aphids

Summary

　　In order to identify the aphid species capable of transmitting Papaya Ringspot Virus Type W (PRV-W), thirteen species of the aphids occuring commonly in central Taiwan were entried. Eleven aphid species including Aphis gossypii Glover, Myzus persicae Sulzer, Hysteroneura setariae Thomas, Uroleucon solidaginis Fabricius, Rhopalosiphum maidis Fitch, Semiaphis heraclei Takaha, Cavariella salicicola Matsumura, A. rumicis Linnaeus, Toxoptera aurantii Boyer de Fonscolombe, A. craccivora Koch, A. citricola van der Goot, were shown to be able to transmit PRV-W. Other two test aphid species, namely Lipaphis erysimi kaltenbach, R. padi Linnaeus failed to transmit PRV-W in this experiment.
