不同豬糞用量及施用時期對甘藍之影響

摘　　要

　　為 瞭 解 不 同 豬 糞 種 類 、 施 用 量 及 施 用 時 期 對 甘 藍 生 育 及 地 力 之 影 響 ， 於 彰 化 縣 埤 頭 鄉 鹼 性 粘 板 岩 沖 積 土 及 台 中 縣 外 埔 鄉 酸 性 紅 壤 進 行 試 驗 。 結 果 顯 示 ， 不 論 施 用 乾 豬 糞 或 石 灰 豬 糞 均 能 增 君 土 壤 有 機 質 含 量 、 有 效 性 磷 及 交 換 性 鉀 含 量 ， 並 能 增 進 保 水 力 、 改 善 土 壤 硬 度 等 ， 且 乾 豬 糞 的 效 果 優 於 石 灰 豬 糞 。 在 施 用 量 處 理 上 ， 於 用 20 t/ha 對 增 進 土 壤 肥 力 及 甘 藍 產 量 的 效 果 優 於 10 t/ha ， 但 在 20 t/ha 用 量 處 理 ， 土 壤 重 金 屬 含 量 增 加 ， 惟 仍 屬 於 中 等 級 範 圍 內 。 不 同 施 用 時 期 處 理 對 甘 藍 定 植 存 活 率 之 影 響 極 為 顯 著 ， 而 以 甘 藍 定 植 前 二 週 施 用 所 獲 得 的 甘 藍 定 植 存 活 率 及 單 位 面 積 產 量 最 高 。

Effects of Application Rate and Application Time of Hog Waste on Cabbage

Summary

　　The effect of application rates and times of different hog wastes on soil fertility and the yield of cabbage was studied on alkaline slate-alluvial soil at Pitou and acidic red-earth at Waipu. The results showed that the application of both dry hog waste and lime hog waste could increase the contents of soil organic matter, available P, exchangeable K, water and also decrease soil hardness. However, as concerned the effect on soil fertility and the yield of cabbage, treatment of dry hog waste was the best than that of lime hog waste and the application rate of 20 t/ha was better than 10 t/ha. When applied 20 t/ha of hog waste, the contents of soil heavy metals might increase from lower to medium range. There was significant effect of application time of hog waste on the survival rate of cabbage after transplanting. Result showed that the application time of hog waste when applied 14 days before transplanting had the highest survival rate and yield of cabbage after transplanting.
