歷年來傑出農民成功因素之研究

摘　　要

　　本 研 究 目 的 是 希 望 從 歷 屆 十 大 傑 出 專 業 農 民 、 青 年 農 民 及 農 家 婦 女 的 個 人 特 性 及 傑 出 事 蹟 中 ， 發 掘 出 他 們 成 功 的 因 素 。 希 望 本 研 究 的 完 成 ， 能 夠 提 供 其 他 農 民 及 有 志 從 農 的 農 村 青 年 參 考 。 研 究 資 料 是 取 自 『台 灣 地 區 歷 屆 傑 出 農 民 專 輯』 (民 國 72 ～ 79 年) ， 以 此 檔 案 資 料 進 行 歸 納 分 析 。 根 據 資 料 分 析 顯 示 ， 傑 出 農 民 成 功 的 因 素 ， 乃 取 決 於 各 項 因 素 的 配 合 ， 但 主 要 得 歸 功 於 下 列 三 點 因 素 ： (1) 具 有 良 好 的 人 際 關 係 及 勇 於 創 新 的 個 人 特 質 。 (2) 家 人 的 支 持 與 配 合 ， 包 括 精 神 、 財 力 、 技 術 及 勞 力 上 的 支 持 與 配 合 。 (3) 獲 得 充 分 的 外 在 支 援 ， 例 如 技 術 、 勞 力 、 資 金 的 有 效 配 合 、 當 地 農 會 的 輔 導 ， 以 及 試 驗 改 良 場 所 的 技 術 支 援 。

Studies on the Field Performance of the Awarded Outstanding Farmers in Taiwan

Summary

　　The performances of the awarded outstanding professional, young and woman farmers in Taiwan were studied with regard to the attitude of farm management and related factors, etc. Various analysis were made based on the data in the “Special reports for outstanding farmers from 1983 to 1990” by Department of Agriculture and Forestry, Taiwan Provincial Government. The results of the present analysis indicated that the following three major factors were involved to lead a farmer to a successful management of the farms: (1) farmers have the innovative minded personalities, (2) farmers get supports and helps from family members in terms of moral, financial, technological and labor supports, (3) farmers acquired full exogenous aids in terms of farm technology, labor supply and farm inputs. The supervision, assistances and guidance were mostly from Farmers‘ Associations and the farming technology were mostly provided by the subject matter specialists of the District Agricultural Improvement Stations and local universities.
