水稻聯合收穫機用於薏苡收穫試驗改良

摘　　要

　　本 試 驗 在 採 討 利 用 水 稻 聯 合 數 穫 機 經 小 幅 修 改 後 運 用 於 薏 苡 收 穫 ， 以 降 低 意 苡 收 穫 時 對 人 工 之 需 求 。 水 稻 聯 合 收 穫 機 僅 就 承 網 網 目 ， 二 號 回 流 口 回 擲 葉 片 轉 速 與 搖 動 選 別 篩 的 形 狀 予 以 變 化 修 改 ， 承 網 網 目 由 13m/m放 大 為 19m/m， 2號 回 流 口 流 口 回 擲 葉 片 轉 速 由 1150rpm提 高 為 1270 rpm ， 搖 動 選 別 篩 由 柵 狀 改 為 1"方 孔 。 水 稻 聯 合 收 穫 機 經 修 改 後 運 用 於 薏 苡 收 穫 結 果 顯 示 ， 原 有 故 障 完 全 消 除 。 兩 行 式 聯 合 收 穫 機 (YANMAR TC-750K)， 可 以 0.39 m/sec之 速 度 進 行 薏 苡 收 穫 ， 其 排 塵 損 失 為 2.1 ～ 2.5%， 損 摥 率 為 1%以 下 。 四 行 式 聯 合 收 穫 機 (YANMAR TC-2200K)作 業 速 度 0.47 m/sec， 排 塵 損 失 在 1%以 下 。 修 改 後 之 聯 合 收 穫 機 用 於 水 稻 收 時 對 原 有 性 能 均 不 會 產 生 影 響 。

Improvement of Rice Combine into Adly Combine

Summary

　　This experiment is focused on the improvement of rice combine into adly combine under the minimum cost and modification. The improved components of rice combine are: 1. Increase concave mesh from 13 m/m to 19 m/m. 2. Increase the speed of No. 2 auger‘s throwing back vanes from 1150 rpm to 1270 rpm. 3. Replace the grate type oscillation straw sieve by net type sieve. From the experimental results, 2.1 - 2.5% dust loss and 1% kernel damaged rate were obtained by using 2 rows rice combine (YANMAR TC-750K) under 0.39 m/sec operation speed, below 1% dust loss were obtained by using 4 row’s rice combine (YANMAR TC-2200K) under 0.47 m/sec operation speed.
