秈稻穀粒外部性狀及碾米品質對完整米率之影響

摘 要
在 秈 稻 43 個 品 種 中 探 討 秈 稻 穀 粒 外 部 性 狀 與 碾 米 品 質 對 完 整 米 之 相 關 , 第 一 期 作 有 白 米 率 與 完 整 米 率 呈 顯 著 正 環 境 及 遺 傳 相 關 , 第 二 期 作 作 糙 米 率 及 白 米 率 與 完 整 米 率 呈 極 顯 著 正 環 境 相 關 , 粒 長 與 完 整 米 率 呈 顯 著 負 遺 傳 相 關 , 粒 厚 及 白 米 率 與 完 整 米 率 呈 極 顯 著 正 遺 傳 相 關 , 所 以 第 二 期 作 對 秈 稻 完 整 米 率 選 拔 比 第 一 期 作 有 效 , 第 一 、 第 二 期 作 完 整 米 率 之 遺 傳 率 均 大 。

Effect of Grain Morphological Characteristics and Milling Quality on the Percentage of Head Rice in Indica Rice

Summary
The correlations of grain morphological characteristics and milling quality with the percentage of head rice were measured for 43 indica varieties. It was found that the environmental and genetic correlation of the percentage of total milled rice were significantly correlated with the percentage of head rice in the first crop. In the second crop, the environmental correlation of the percentage of brown rice and total milled rice had a significantly positive correlation with the percentage of head rice; grain length had a significantly negative genetic correlation with the percentage of head rice; grain thickness and the percentage of total milled rice had a significantly positive genetic correlation with the percentage of head rice. Therefore, selecting the high percentage of head rice was better in the second crop than in the first crop. The heritability of the percentage of head rice both at the first crop and second crop were large.
