台中地區高粱適栽區調查研究與探討

摘　　要

　　1984 ～ 1986 年 在 台 中 地 區 調 查 高 粱 適 栽 情 形 ， 分 設 26 處 標 準 栽 培 觀 察 區 及 17 處 一 般 栽 培 調 查 區 共 設 置 43處 ， 調 查 高 粱 子 實 產 量 及 所 屬 土 系 ， 以 研 判 適 合 栽 培 高 粱 地 區 與 面 積 。 調 查 結 果 顯 示 高 粱 適 栽 地 區 台 中 縣 分 布 於 大 甲 鎮 等 17 鄉 鎮 ， 面 積 15,735 公 頃 ； 彰 化 縣 分 布 於 大 城 鄉 等 24 鄉 鎮 ， 面 積 12,959 公 頃 ； 南 投 縣 分 布 於 草 屯 鎮 等 5 鄉 鎮 ， 面 積 2,109 公 頃 ； 台 中 市 分 布 於 西 屯 等 區 ， 面 積 1,017 公 頃 。 不 同 地 區 間 高 粱 子 實 產 量 以 台 中 縣 平 均 產 量 5,306 kg/ha 最 高 ， 彰 化 縣 4,687 kg/ha 次 之 ， 南 投 縣 4,434 kg/ha 產 量 較 低 。 不 同 期 作 間 有 相 當 大 差 異 ， 春 作 高 粱 合 計 調 查 28 處 ， 平 均 產 量 4,485 kg/ha， 秋 作 共 調 查 15 處 ， 產 量 5,314 kg/ha， 秋 作 較 春 作 產 量 高 18.5% (829 kg/ha)。 標 準 栽 培 觀 察 區 春 作 15 處 平 均 產 量 4,683 kg/ha， 秋 作 11 處 產 量 5,486 kg/ha， 秋 作 產 量 較 春 作 高 17.1% (803 kg/ha) 。 一 般 栽 培 調 查 區 春 作 13 處 平 均 產 量 4,256 kg/ha ， 秋 作 4 處 產 量 4,843 kg/ha ， 秋 作 較 春 作 產 量 高 13.8% (587 kg/ha) 。 標 準 栽 培 觀 察 區 較 一 般 栽 培 調 查 區 春 作 增 產 10% (427 kg/ha) ， 秋 作 增 產 13.3% (643 kg/ha) 。 台 中 地 區 三 個 縣 市 適 栽 地 區 包 括 5 種 土 類 ， 11 個 土 壤 管 理 組 ， 41 個 土 系 ， 面 積 約 31,820公 頃 ， 適 合 提 供 轉 作 高 粱 栽 培 。

Survey on Suitable Area for Cultivation of Sorghum

Summary

　　In order to survey suitable area and acreage for cultivation of sorghum, soil classification and grain yield of sorghum (Taichung No. 5) in 43 locations, including 26 demonstrating plots and 17 conventional plots were investigated from 1984 to 1986.

　　It showed that 15,735 ha in Taichung Prefecture, 12,959 ha in Changhua Prefecture, 2,109 ha in Nantou Prefecture and 1,017 ha in Taichung city are suitable for cultivation of sorghum. Taichung Prefecture gave the highest grain yield of 5,306 kg/ha, Changhua Prefecture the second of 4,687 kg/ha and Nontou Prefecture the lowest yield of 4,434 kg/ha.

　　The spring sorghum showed an average yield of 4,485 kg/ha of 28 locations, while the fall sorghum gave a yield of 5,314 kg/ha of 15 locations, which was 18.5% higher than that of the spring. In the spring crop, the average yield of 15 demonstrating plots was 4,683 kg/ha, while the 11 plots in the fall averaged in 5,486 kg/ha, which was 17.1% higher than that of the spring.

　　In the conventional plots, averaged yield of 13 plots in the spring was 4,256 kg/ha. Fall sorghum of 4 plots averaged in 4,843 kg/ha, 13.8% higher than that of spring. The plots of demonstration also showed a 10% higher yield than the conventional plots. In Taichung area, 5 soil groups, 11 soil management classes and 41 soil series in total acreage of 31,820 ha were suitable for cultivation of sorghum.
