腐植酸及磷、鉀肥對枇杷品質及產量之影響

摘　　要

　　在 台 中 縣 新 社 鄉 屬 於 紅 壤 地 區 之 枇 杷 果 園 實 施 腐 植 酸 配 合 磷 及 鉀 肥 不 同 用 量 之 試 驗 。 結 果 顯 示 ， 施 用 腐 植 酸 有 助 於 改 良 0 ～ 40 cm 土 壤 剖 面 之 總 體 密 度 及 土 壤 硬 度 等 土 壤 物 理 特 性 ， 並 增 加 土 壤 中 磷 、 鉀 、 鈣 、 鎂 及 硝 酸 態 氮 的 含 量 及 其 有 效 性 ， 但 對 於 較 底 層 土 壤 (40 cm以 下) 則 無 明 顯 影 響 。 腐 植 酸 處 理 亦 略 有 增 加 枇 杷 產 量 及 果 實 糖 度 的 效 果 。 在 磷 、 鉀 肥 不 同 用 量 處 理 上 ， 磷 肥 用 量 增 加 可 以 提 高 枇 杷 果 實 糖 度 ， 鉀 肥 對 果 實 品 質 之 影 響 不 明 確 ， 惟 與 枇 杷 產 量 有 顯 著 正 相 關 性 。 綜 合 枇 杷 產 量 、 果 實 糖 度 及 糖 酸 比 之 考 量 ， 以 P₂O₅ 及 K₂O分 別 為 300 及 450 kg/ha 之 處 理 較 佳 。

Effects of Humic Acid and P, K Fertilizers on the Quality and Yield of Loquat

Summary

　　This field experiment was conducted with humic acid, P and K fertilizers at a loquat orchard of red soil in Hsinshe, Taichung. The results showed that the application of humic acid reduced soil bulk density and hardness, and increased the availableness of P, K, Ca, Mg and nitrate contents in soil profile from 0-40 cm, but no difference down from 40 cm. The application of humic acid also increased the yield and sugar contents of loquat. Furthermore, the sugar contents of fruit was increased significantly by the application of P fertilizer. The yield of loquat was closely related to K fertilizer, and no relationship between fruit quality with K fertilizer. As far as both P and K fertilizers were concerned, treated with 300 kg/ha P₂O₅ and 450 kg/ha K₂O, the maximum yield and quality of loquat could be obtained.
