不同寄主植物對二點葉璊生活期及繁殖力之影響

摘　　要

　　在 27±1℃ 定 溫 ， 相 對 濕 度 60～70%條 件 下 ， 用 四 季 豆 、 茄 子 、 胡 瓜 、 楊 桃 及 菊 花 等 5 種 不 同 寄 主 植 物 的 葉 片 ， 飼 養 同 一 來 源 的 二 點 葉 璊 ， 觀 察 其 生 活 期 結 果 ， 二 點 葉 璊 從 卵 孵 化 發 育 至 成 璊 ， 所 需 時 間 以 四 季 豆 葉 片 飼 養 者 最 短 ， 雄 璊 僅 需 3.75 天 ， 雌 璊 僅 需 3.85 天 ； 次 為 用 胡 瓜 、 茄 子 、 楊 桃 葉 片 所 飼 育 者 ， 生 活 期 在 4.3～6.23天 之 間 ； 而 以 菊 花 葉 片 飼 育 者 ， 發 育 最 慢 ， 生 活 期 在 雄 璊 需 6.61天 ， 雌 璊 達 8.46 天 ， 比 四 季 豆 葉 片 飼 育 者 長 達 一 倍 。 再 比 較 四 季 豆 及 菊 花 葉 片 供 飼 後 之 繁 殖 力 ， 菊 花 飼 育 之 產 卵 天 數 比 四 季 豆 飼 育 者 略 長 。 但 每 日 產 卵 數 及 總 產 卵 量 ， 則 以 四 季 豆 飼 育 者 為 多 ， 兩 者 也 相 差 約 一 倍 。

Effect of Host Plants on the Development and Reproduction of Two-Wpotted Spider Mite, Tetranychus urticae

Summary

　　Leaves of snap bean, eggplant, cucumber, carambola and chrysanthemum were used to rear Tetranychus urticae, and the life history of this mite was observed at 27±1℃ and 60-70% relative humidity. T. urticae reared on snap bean had the shortest life cycle; on average males and females took 3.75 and 3.83 days to develop from eggs to adults, respectively. Mites reared on cucumber, eggplant and carambola completed their life cycles between 4.3 and 6.23 days. The life cycle of T. urticae reared on chrysanthemum was the longest, i.e., 6.61 and 8.46 days, respectively, for males and females, which almost doubled that of snap beanreared mite. Although female mites reared on chrysanthemum had longer oviposition period, those reared on snap bean had the highest total number of eggs and the highest number of eggs laid daily. Based on these data, it is proposed that the occurrence of T. urticae on snap bean should be higher than that on chrysanthemum in the field.
