台灣中部一年一作水稻生產潛力之研究

摘　　要

　　本 研 究 針 對 台 中 地 區 一 年 僅 種 一 作 水 稻 之 移 植 時 期 及 品 種 (系) 之 生 產 潛 力 進 行 探 討 。 供 試 水 稻 有 台 農 67 號 、 台 中 育 284 號 、 台 中 育 365 號 、 台 中 秈 10 號 及 aus 28 等 5 個 品 種 (系)。 種 植 時 期 為 民 國 76 年 4 月 至 8 月 ， 每 月 種 植 一 次 。 結 果 顯 示 在 不 同 月 份 種 植 ， 水 稻 各 品 種 間 之 農 藝 性 狀 、 收 穫 指 數 及 產 量 均 有 顯 著 差 異 ， 且 其 在 種 植 時 期 與 品 種 之 間 的 交 感 效 應 達 顯 著 差 異 。 若 以 收 穫 指 數 代 表 水 稻 生 產 潛 力 ， 則 以 4 月 種 植 者 收 穫 指 數 最 高 ， 7 月 次 之 。 平 均 收 穫 指 數 在 不 同 移 植 時 期 範 圍 為 31.6～45.1%之 間 ， 品 種 間 之 差 異 為 38.4～42.3% 之 間 ， 顯 示 收 穫 指 數 易 受 栽 培 環 境 及 品 種 之 影 響 。 收 穫 指 數 與 產 量 為 極 顯 著 正 相 關 (r=0.85) 。 綜 觀 移 植 時 期 及 品 種 之 產 量 表 現 ， 以 台 中 秈 10 號 在 4 月 移 植 時 6,712 kg/ha 最 高 ， 但 因 其 穗 大 且 容 易 倒 伏 ， 故 需 適 期 收 穫 以 免 造 成 產 量 損 失 。 此 外 ， 因 其 易 受 螟 害 ， 栽 培 期 間 應 注 意 螟 蟲 防 治 。

Studies on Yielding Potential of Rice for Single Cropping Culture in Taichung Area

Summary

　　The present study is aimed to evaluate the yielding potential of selected varieties of rice for feasibility of single cropping culture in Taichung area. Five varieties of rice were planted at the experimental field once in every month from April to August of 1987. Various agronomic characters were recorded and analyzed for their performances in the field at the different planting times.

　　It was observed that those varieties transplanted in April showed higher plant height, panicle number and grain yield. The interaction between planting time and variety with regard to plant height, growth duration and grain yield was significant. The harvest index varied from 38.4 to 42.3 due to varieties and varied from 31.6 to 45.1 due to different planting times. Harvest index was positively correlated with grain yield (r=0.85).

　　The stem borer was severe when planted in May. Taichung Sen 10 has heavier panicle and weak stem, therefore, very susceptible to lodging at the time of maturity.
