菜豆抗銹病新品系在不同地區適應性之探討

摘　　要

　　三 個 新 育 成 菜 豆 抗 銹 病 品 系 ， 並 以 栽 培 品 種 黑 仁 衣 笠 及 泰 國 種 為 對 照 品 種 。 76 年 春 作 栽 培 於 新 社 、 二 林 、 大 村 三 個 地 區 ， 調 查 估 算 各 性 狀 之 穩 定 性 介 量 。 並 檢 定 其 在 靠 山 及 平 地 地 區 於 菜 豆 銹 病 自 然 發 生 及 不 施 用 殺 菌 劑 防 治 狀 態 下 ， 對 菜 豆 銹 病 之 抗 病 程 度 ， 結 果 如 下 ：

1. 嫩 莢 之 產 量 、 莢 重 、 莢 長 及 莢 寬 等 主 要 性 狀 ， 在 各 品 系 (種) 與 栽 培 地 區 的 交 感 效 應 均 方 ， 皆 達 極 顯 著 水 準 。

2. 性 狀 穩 定 性 介 值 計 算 結 果 ， 抗 銹 病 新 品 系 台 中 系 11 號 、 台 中 系 12 號 及 台 中 系 16 號 之 嫩 莢 產 量 ， 皆 比 對 照 品 種 黑 仁 衣 笠 及 泰 國 種 更 具 豐 產 與 高 穩 定 性 。 其 中 尤 以 台 中 系 12 號 、 16 號 之 嫩 莢 長 度 、 重 量 等 重 要 經 濟 性 狀 亦 比 對 照 品 種 更 具 高 穩 定 性 。

3. 參 試 抗 銹 病 新 品 系 不 論 靠 山 或 平 地 地 區 皆 對 菜 豆 銹 病 具 有 極 強 之 抗 病 能 力 。

Studies on Stability of Rust Resistant Bean Lines in Different Locations

Summary

　　Six characters of three newly developed rust resistant bean lines and two check varieties, "Black Creaseback" and "Thailand" were grown at three locations to study their stability parameters and the differences of rust resistance under natural condition. Results are summaried as follows:

1.From the analysis of variance for six characters, pod yield, pod weight, pod length and depth have showed significant interaction between varieties and cultural environment.

2.Using Finlay and Eberhart's stability analysis, the result indicated that newly developed rust resistant bean lines Taichung 12 and 16 were more stable and higher yielding than two check varieties. Two important characters, pod length and weight of Taichung 12 and 16 also have high stability.

3.The new rust resistant bean lines have high rust resistance ability under lowland and mountain areas.
