液體肥料對菠菜產量及品質之影響研究

摘　　要

　　為 瞭 解 酸 性 土 壤 施 用 液 體 肥 料 (N-P₂O₅-K₂O 12-6-6) 對 菠 菜 生 育 、 產 量 及 品 質 之 影 響 ， 於 75 年 冬 作 在 台 中 市 南 屯 區 辦 理 田 間 試 驗 。 結 果 顯 示 在 相 同 堆 肥 及 石 灰 石 粉 之 肥 培 管 理 下 ， 菠 菜 每 公 頃 施 用 12-6-6 液 體 肥 料 1300 公 斤 稀 釋 50 倍 液 灌 施 區 較 單 質 肥 料 區 每 公 頃 增 產 5750 公 斤 ， 增 產 率 達 25.8% ， 並 可 提 高 炒 食 青 脆 風 味 及 增 加 經 濟 收 益 。

The Effect of Liquid Fertilizer on the Yield and Quality of Spinach

Summary

　　A field trial on the effect of liquid fertilizer (N-P₂O₅-K₂O 12-6-6) and quality of spinach was carried out at Nantwen, Taichung City in winter, 1986. Under compost 10 ton/ha and lime 10 ton/ha conditions, the application of liquid fertilizer (N-P₂O₅-K₂O 12-6-6) 1,300 kg/ha increased spinach yield upto 5,750 kg/ha or 25.8% as it compared with conventional single fertilizer mixture. The use of this liquid fertilizer also increased cooking flavor and grower earning.
