氮肥對大麥產量與蛋白質含量之影響

摘　　要

　　本 試 驗 採 用 中 興 2 號 二 稜 種 大 麥 ， 於 72/73 年 裡 作 在 彰 化 縣 福 興 鄉 及 台 中 縣 外 埔 鄉 兩 處 進 行 試 驗 ， 以 探 討 不 同 氮 肥 用 量 及 施 用 法 對 大 麥 產 量 及 蛋 白 質 含 量 之 影 響 。 結 果 顯 示 氮 素 用 量 以 每 公 頃 施 用 140 公 斤 及 100 公 斤 之 籽 實 產 量 較 氮 素 60 公 斤 的 產 量 為 高 。 氮 素 施 用 法 以 二 次 施 肥 法 (基 肥 與 播 種 後 25 天 各 施 50%) 或 三 次 施 肥 法 (基 肥 與 播 種 後 25 天 各 施 40% ， 及 播 種 後 45 天 再 施 20%) 等 兩 種 施 肥 法 對 大 麥 籽 實 增 產 效 果 較 佳 ， 全 量 當 基 肥 之 一 次 施 肥 法 效 果 較 差 。 籽 實 蛋 白 質 含 量 則 以 氮 素 用 量 較 少 者 有 較 低 之 趨 勢 ， 但 氮 素 施 用 法 對 蛋 白 質 之 影 響 則 不 明 顯 。

Effect of Nitrogen Fertilizer on the Yield and Protein Content of Barley Grain

Summary

　　This experiment was carried out in the 1983/84 winter crop season at Waipu and Fushing. Two-rowed barley-Chunghsing No. 2 was adopted as a test variety for studying the effects of nitrogen fertilizer on the yield and protein content of barley grain. The results suggested that the grain yields of barley from the nitrogen rates of 140 and 100 kg/ha were higher than from 60 kg/ha. Nitrogen fertilizer splitted into two times (50% as basal and at 25 days after seeding, respectively) or three times (40% respectively as basal and at the 25 days after seeding, and 20% at the 45 days after seeding) obtained higher grain yield than the whole rate applied once as the basal fertilizer. The protein contents of barley grain tended to be lower at the treatment of lower nitrogen rates. However the effect of nitrogen application methods on the protein content in the barley grain is not significantly different between the treatments.
