稻再生力之變異

摘　　要

　　本 試 驗 以 不 同 地 區 來 源 ， 逢 機 選 取 之 163 個 稻 品 種 為 材 料 ， 探 討 稻 再 生 力 之 品 種 間 及 地 區 間 之 遺 傳 變 異 。 試 驗 結 果 顯 示 ， 稻 之 再 生 率 介 於 0～122.9% 之 間 。 再 生 率 及 再 生 分 蘗 數 在 品 種 間 及 地 區 間 於 統 計 上 均 有 極 顯 著 之 差 異 。 秈 梗 二 型 稻 品 種 比 較 結 果 顯 示 ， 二 型 間 再 生 率 亦 有 顯 著 之 差 異 。 秈 稻 之 平 均 再 生 率 為 29.0% ， 優 良 梗 稻 之 平 均 再 生 率 19.6% 。

　　不 同 地 區 稻 集 團 之 再 生 率 其 廣 義 遺 傳 介 於 11.2～60.2% 之 間 ， 由 全 部 參 試 品 種 估 算 之 遺 傳 率 則 為 48.8% 。 上 述 之 結 果 顯 示 稻 再 生 力 為 品 種 之 特 性 ， 具 遺 傳 力 ； 從 稻 種 源 中 ， 可 以 篩 選 到 再 生 力 強 之 品 種 ， 作 育 種 之 材 料 。

Variations in Ratooning Ability of Rice

Summary

　　One hundred and sixty three varieties of rice from different countries were evaluated for varietal difference in ratooning ability. The results indicated that the ratooning ability, ranging from 0 to 122.9%, differed from variety to variety. The indica type (or Sen-type) varieties showed a higher (29.0%) ratooning ability than that of japonica type (Ken-type) varieties (19.5%).

　　Broad sense heritability, estimated from various variety groups, ranged from 11.18% to 60.17% for ratooning rate and from 0 to 81.81% for ratooned tiller number. It is considered from the present study that the ratooning ability is heritable and can be used as one of the selective traits in a breeding program of rice.
