簡易設施栽培對蔬菜生產之影響

摘　　要

　　簡 易 設 施 栽 培 在 蔬 菜 生 產 上 ， 無 論 春 作 或 夏 作 均 可 促 進 葉 菜 類 之 生 長 並 提 高 其 產 量 ； 但 對 於 結 球 性 葉 菜 類 如 甘 藍 及 結 球 白 葉 ， 僅 促 進 其 外 葉 之 生 長 ， 而 阻 礙 結 球 ， 使 結 球 延 遲 ， 結 球 小 而 產 量 降 低 。 但 對 於 耐 陰 性 之 結 球 萵 苣 則 影 響 較 少 。 在 花 菜 類 如 青 花 菜 ， 設 施 栽 培 使 其 開 花 延 遲 ， 花 蕾 變 小 降 低 產 量 。 但 對 根 菜 類 蘿 蔔 ， 則 可 促 進 根 部 之 發 育 提 高 產 量 。

　　設 施 栽 培 對 於 防 雨 具 特 殊 之 效 果 ， 但 對 病 蟲 害 防 治 功 能 並 非 絕 對 性 的 。 如 軟 腐 病 易 於 設 施 內 之 特 殊 環 境 中 發 生 ， 其 僅 對 雨 水 傳 播 性 之 病 害 具 明 顯 防 治 功 能 。 而 紗 網 之 隔 離 效 果 對 黃 條 葉 蚤 ， 小 菜 蛾 之 危 害 並 無 顯 著 之 減 少 。

Effects of Simple Facilities Cultivation on the Production of Vegetables

Summary

　　This study was conducted to compare the effects of simple facility cultivation on the production of vegetables. The growth of the edible herbs and radish root was promoted and the yield were increased under simple facilities. But the heading of the head vegetables, such as cabbage and chinese cabbage, and the flowering of edible flowers, such as broccoli, were delayed, and their yields were also reduced, whereas the growth of lettuce was not affected.

　　The simple facility provided a special effect in eliminating of rain injury, but there is no absolute effect on the control of pests and diseases. Disease, such as soft rot, is easily found under facility environment, whereas those easily induced by rain-fall were well-controlled. Isolation with nylon net can not prevent the injury of diamond-back moth and turnip flea beetle.
