陶斯松乳劑在5種葉菜及玉米上之殘毒分析

摘　　要

　　陶 斯 松 是 現 行 本 省 防 治 蔬 菜 害 蟲 及 玉 米 螟 的 有 效 藥 劑 之 一 ， 為 了 解 此 藥 劑 在 作 物 上 殘 留 情 形 ， 本 試 驗 同 時 以 生 物 測 定 及 化 學 方 法 分 析 陶 斯 松 殘 留 於 玉 米 葉 上 之 變 化 情 形 ， 結 果 顯 示 經 兩 種 方 法 測 定 之 殘 留 量 變 化 趨 勢 大 致 相 同 。 雖 然 化 學 分 析 法 較 敏 感 ， 在 陶 斯 松 噴 後 14 天 之 玉 米 葉 片 仍 能 測 得 殘 留 量 0.17 ppm ， 而 生 物 測 定 法 僅 在 處 理 後 8 天 測 得 殘 留 量 0.51 ppm ， 但 是 生 物 檢 定 法 兼 具 簡 易 及 實 用 性 。 進 一 步 以 生 物 檢 定 法 檢 定 陶 斯 松 在 青 梗 白 菜 、 芥 藍 菜 、 油 菜 、 蕹 菜 、 小 白 菜 等 5 種 葉 菜 類 之 殘 留 量 ， 得 知 噴 藥 6 天 後 各 樣 品 之 殘 留 量 均 小 於 0.51 ppm ， 符 合 暫 訂 殘 留 容 許 量 0.5 ppm 之 規 定 ， 所 以 市 售 上 述 5 種 蔬 菜 若 於 採 收 前 6 天 停 止 施 藥 ， 對 人 體 均 是 安 全 的 。

The Residue of Drusban in Five Vegetables and Corn Plants

Summary

　　Durban is one of the currently used effective insecticide for the control of insects in vegetables and corn borer. This experiment adopted both biological test and chemical analysis methods to study the residue of Drusban in the corn leaves. The results showed that the changing tendency of the Dursban residue obtained from both methods were similar. However chemical analysis method is more sensitive. It detected 0.17 ppm of Dursban residue in the corn leaves 14 days after the spray. Biological test showed that the flies were killed up to the 8th day after the spray, and it was estimated to have 0.51 ppm residue according to the conversion factor.

　　It seemed that the biological method had the advantages of simple and practicality. Further tests with the biological method found that the Dursban residue in the five vegetables, Pak-choi, Chinese kale, Field mustard, Water convolvulus, and Pai-tsai on the 6th day after spray near were 0.51 ppm, meeting the less than 0.5 ppm permissible residue requirement. Therefore, it is safe to the human body if the application of Dursban is stopped 6 days before the harvesting of the above five vegetables for the market.
