菜豆抗銹病品種改良之研究(一)菜豆抗銹病新品系育成經過

摘　　要

　　本 研 究 之 目 的 為 選 育 能 扺 抗 銹 病 之 菜 豆 品 種 ， 以 期 有 助 於 本 省 菜 豆 栽 培 之 穩 定 性 。 於 1977 年 進 行 抗 銹 病 親 本 之 篩 選 ； 1978 年 秋 起 以 「黑 仁 衣 笠」 為 輪 迴 親 ， 「15R-55-BK」 為 非 輪 迴 親 ， 進 行 2～3 次 回 交 ， 並 經 後 代 分 離 選 拔 及 品 系 試 驗 ， 初 步 結 果 以 72-T-11 及 72-Y-12 兩 品 系 較 為 優 良 ， 兩 者 對 銹 病 均 有 高 程 度 之 扺 抗 性 ， 前 者 尚 有 豐 產 ， 結 莢 節 位 低 ， 後 者 則 有 莢 長 、 莢 形 優 美 等 特 性 ， 將 可 作 進 一 步 試 驗 之 材 料 。

Studies on the Improvement of Common Bean Varieties for Rust Resistance

(I) Development of newly rust resistant common bean lines

Summary

　　The objective of this study is to develop new rust-resistant bean varieties for stabilizing the bean production in Taiwan.

　　This work was initiated in 1977 by first screening for the rust-resistant parental lines. Original cross between Black creashack (recurrent parent) and 15R-55-BK (donor parent) was made in the fall of 1978. After two or three backcrosses, the progenies were subjected to selection and line yield trials. Preliminary result showed that 72-T-11 and 72-T-12 had high level of rust resistance. The former also showed high yield and low first-poded node and the latter gave long pods of good appearance.
