插秧機附裝深層施肥器改良及施肥效果試驗

摘　　要

　　稻 作 如 實 施 深 層 施 肥 ， 除 可 節 省 氮 素 肥 料 外 ， 稻 穀 亦 可 獲 得 增 產 ， 似 此 雙 重 效 益 ， 對 于 農 民 而 言 ， 乃 係 一 極 具 經 濟 價 值 之 作 業 ， 為 此 ， 本 場 於 民 國 六 十 九 年 利 用 二 行 式 插 秧 機 一 台 ， 於 機 後 研 裝 深 層 施 肥 器 一 組 ， 經 試 用 結 果 ， 作 業 情 形 尚 稱 良 好 。 隨 而 辦 理 插 秧 與 深 層 施 肥 同 時 進 行 之 試 驗 ， 以 觀 其 稻 作 之 生 育 狀 態 ， 試 驗 所 得 如 下 ：

1. 以 二 行 式 插 秧 機 於 機 後 研 製 本 項 深 層 施 肥 器 ， 構 造 簡 單 ， 免 增 任 何 動 力 ， 深 施 效 果 確 實 ， 作 業 亦 甚 容 易 ， 誠 為 插 秧 機 一 種 可 用 之 附 屬 機 具 。
2. 插 秧 與 深 層 施 肥 ， 不 論 粘 質 壤 土 或 砂 質 壤 土 均 可 作 業 ， 其 結 果 ： 深 層 施 肥 區 比 對 照 區 ， 除 可 節 省 氮 肥 16.8～18.3% 外 ， 又 可 增 產 稻 穀 1.6～11% 。
3. 目 前 農 村 代 插 秧 工 作 頗 為 普 遍 ， 由 於 代 插 作 業 皆 以 插 植 面 積 計 算 工 資 ， 茲 因 插 秧 機 後 部 附 裝 有 深 層 施 肥 裝 置 ， 作 業 效 能 稍 受 影 響 。 為 此 ： 一 時 尚 未 能 為 代 插 者 所 樂 用 。
4. 為 使 代 插 者 對 深 層 施 肥 器 ， 能 樂 於 接 受 並 普 遍 裝 用 ， 俾 農 民 對 水 稻 栽 培 可 得 減 施 氮 肥 及 增 收 稻 穀 之 雙 重 效 益 ， 有 關 深 層 施 肥 器 之 改 進 ， 本 場 仍 在 進 行 。

Studies on the Effect of Attachment of Fertilizer Deep-Layter Applicator to the Rice Transplanter

Summary

　　Deep placement of fertilizers is one of the very effective way of fertilization method. It is not only helpful to saving nitrogen fertilizer, but also may increase the yield of rice. This experiment was started in 1980. A fertilizer deep applicator was attached to a two-row rice transplanter for being able to transplanting rice seedling and deep-placing the fertilizers simultaneously. The results of the experiment showed that:

1. Attachment of fertilizer deep applicator to a two-row rice transplanter is simple and effective for the deep placement of fertilizers. It is not necessary to increase the power, and the operation is easy.
2. Rice transplanting and deep placement of fertilizers may be performed simultaneously either in the heavy soil or light soil. Fertilizer deep-placing helped save 16.8-18.3% of nitrogen fertilizer, and increase the rice yields from 1.6-11% as compared with the check.
3. The attachment of fertilizer deep applicator may slightly increase the inconvenienct of rice transplanting operation. Since the transplanting operation of many farms in Taiwan is committed to the professional transplanting farmers and charged in accordance with acreage, this attachment is not welcome by the professional transplanting farmers.
4. In order to make the attachment of fertilizer deep applicator be able to be widely accepted by the professional transplanting farmers, further improvement on the machine is necessary.
