甜椒的遺傳與育種行為之研究VI. 數量性狀之路徑分析

摘　　要

　　本 試 驗 使 用 四 個 甜 椒 品 種 ， 進 行 全 互 交 組 合 (不 含 反 交) 之 六 個 雜 交 組 合 之 P1 、 P2 、 F1 及 F2 世 代 為 材 料 。 調 查 15 個 數 量 性 狀 ， 估 算 各 性 狀 之 相 關 係 數 及 路 徑 係 數 結 果 ：

1. 各 性 狀 之 遺 傳 相 關 值 均 較 表 現 型 相 關 為 高 。 產 量 與 果 數 、 果 長 、 果 寬 及 果 肉 重 有 顯 著 的 正 相 關 ， 而 與 成 熟 期 及 始 花 期 則 呈 負 相 關 關 係 。
2. 路 徑 係 數 分 析 結 果 顯 示 ， 產 量 主 要 由 果 數 和 果 重 決 定 ， 果 數 對 產 量 有 很 大 的 直 接 效 應 與 間 接 效 應 ， 而 其 間 接 效 應 經 由 果 長 及 果 重 而 影 響 產 量 。

Studies on Genetic Behavior and Breeding of Sweet Pepper VI. Path Analysis of Quantitative Characters

Summary

　　Fifteen characters were investigated to study their genetic behavior in the parents, F1 and F2 generation of a diallel cross (not include the reciprocal cross) involving four capsicum annuum varieties.

　　Data were used to estimate the phenotypic and genotypic correlations among various characters and path coefficient among yield and yield components. Results are summarized as follow:

1. In general, genotypic correlation were found to be higher than phenotypic. Yield was significantly correlated with between number of fruit, fruit width and flest weight, and was correlated negatively with days to first flower and fruit maturity.
2. Path analysis showed that yield was mainly depended on the number and weight of the fruits. The fruit number have an appreciable direct and indirect effect on yield and influenced the yield through fruit weight and fruit length.
