楊桃細菌性斑點病在彰化地區之分佈與週年消長

摘  要
 

   楊桃為彰化縣經濟果樹,栽培面積有 297 ha ,細菌性斑點病 (Pseudomonas syringae) 為主要病害,罹病株因提早落葉,導致植株葉片稀疏,嚴重時影響光合作用,甚至減產,造成產業衝擊。為了解細菌性斑點病在彰化地區的發生情形,於員林鎮及花壇鄉楊桃園進行該病害年消長調查及衛星定位,調查時將可疑葉片帶回室內以顯微鏡進行病組織鏡檢。結果顯示,年消長發生 以 94 年 4 月底員林鎮員南路罹病率達 16.76% 最高。衛星定位之個別點以員林鎮東北里發病率達 23.75% 最高,各調查區之平均值以東北里 16.7% 較嚴重;花壇鄉則未見罹病情形 。依據結果,再將數據 標示於電子地圖上,可劃定花壇鄉為未發生區及員林鎮為低流行疫區,可供為田間管理之參考。

Distribution and Population Dynamics of Pseudomonas syringae in Carambola Fields in Changhua Area

ABSTRACT
 

   Changhua County is the main cultivated area of carambola, it was estimated at 297 ha. The bacterial spot, Pseudomonas syringae, is the major disease of carambola, caused early defoliation and affected photosynthesis, then loss of yields. We attempt to understand the occurrence of P. syringae and establish the P. syringae free regions. Global Position System (GPS) was used to get the cultivated sites of carambola in Changhua County. The peak infestation period of P. syringae was on late-April, 2005, and the disease incidence was 16.76%. The GPS survey results showed that Yuanlin Township had more disease incidences of P. syringae, but no infestation record occurred on carambola fields in Huatan Township. According to the investigated information, Huatan Township where bacterial spot was found and Yuanlin Township was subjected as low influence region.
