85-5 根瘤菌及氮肥施用對秋作菜豆生長效應之研究

本試驗於外埔鄉紅壤 { 吳厝系 (TWt) 壤土 (L)} 進行接種根瘤菌及氮肥需量試驗,由菜豆嫩豆莢總產量調查結果顯示,不施氮肥情形下,接種根瘤菌處理較不接種 ( 對照 ) 增產 4.3% ;施用氮肥 40 kg N/ha 時,接種根瘤菌處理較不接種 ( 對照 ) 增產 4.2% ,施用氮肥 120 kg N/ha 時,接種根瘤菌處理較不接種 ( 對照 ) 增產 3.4% ,且氮肥用量與菜豆產量呈二次迴歸極顯著相關性。氮肥用量在 0 、 40 、 80 及 120 kg/ha 處理下之菜豆葉片中氮濃度分別為 20.7 、 23.3 、 27.9 及 31.6 g/kg ,顯然菜豆葉片中氮濃度隨著氮肥用量增加而增加。在接種根瘤菌情形下,配合使用氮肥用量 0 、 40 、 80 及 120 kg/ha 處理下之菜豆根部著生之根瘤數分別為 43.5 、 41.5 、 28.0 及 28.8 granule/plant ,顯然菜豆根部著生之根瘤數隨氮肥用量增加而遞減。

Influence of nitrogen fertilizer application and Rhizobium inoculation on common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris, L) was preceded in ’Chen chu lau’ red loam system at Wipe. On the pod products of common bean, treatment with Rhizobium spp. inoculated and without nitrogen fertilizer applied had increased production 4.3% compared to non-inoculated treatment. When added nitrogen fertilizer 40 kg/ha with Rhizobium spp. inoculated had increased 4.2% more production than non-inoculated (CK). When added nitrogen fertilizer 120 kg/ha with Rhizobium spp. Inoculated had increased 3.4% more production than the treatment of nitrogen fertilizer 120 kg/ha with non-inoculated. From our data, cultured common bean with Rhizobium agent could increase pod production. The leaf nitrogen concentrations of common bean were 20.7, 23.3, 27.9 and 31.6a g/kg when the nitrogen fertilizer applied quantities were 0, 40, 80 and 120 kg/ha. From this data, there were significantly multiple reflection between the amounts of nitrogen fertilizer and the leaf nitrogen concentration of common bean. Cultured common bean with Rhizobium agent on different applied nitrogen fertilizer quantity, the average of root knot of form were 43.5, 41.5, 28.0 and 28.8 granule/plant on the treatment of 0, 40, 80 and 120 kg/ha nitrogen fertilizer. From our data, we found much nitrogen fertilizer used would inhibit the formation of root knot.
