75-1 氮、磷肥與有機質肥料肥對滿天星之影響效應
The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of using N, P, and organic fertilizers on the cut-flower yield, nutrient uptakes of Gypsophila paniculate L. and soil fertility. The results showed that the treatment of chemical fertilizer (N-P2O5-K2O: 150-150-150 kg/ha) with 20 t/ha organic fertilizer has the best cut-flower yield in both Puli and Jenei. There was no significant difference between the treatments of N-P2O5-K2O:150-150-150 kg/ha with 20 t/ha organic fertilizer and N-P2O5-K2O: 150-150-150 kg/ha with 10 t/ha organic fertilizer. Therefore, the proper rate of chemical fertilizer N-P2O5-K2O:150-150-150 kg/ha with 10 t/ha organic fertilizer was suggested for gypsophila. Significant effect was found on the dry weight and nutrient uptakes of gypsophila at harvest stage among treatments. The best treatment was chemical fertilizer N-P2O5-K2O:150-150-150 kg/ha with 20 t/ha organic fertilizer. The uptake ratio of N:P:K:Ca:Mg of gypsophila at harvest stage was 7:1:9:6:2 for shoot, 4:1:6:6:2 for root, and 5:1:7:6:2 for flower, respectively. There was no significant difference of the soil available P at Puli because of high content of soil available P before experiment (518 mg/kg). Significant difference of the soil available P between the treatments of 75 and 150 kg P2O5 /ha at Jenei, because of low content of soil available P before experiment (189 mg/kg). The soil available P of the treatments of 75 kg P2O5 /ha was lower than other treatments after experiment at Jenei.
Key words: Gypsophila paniculate L., organic fertilizer, N and P fertilizer.
