台灣日日春病害之發生

摘　　要

　　調 查 本 省 花 壇 植 物 日 日 春 之 病 害 ， 計 發 現 有 由 立 枯 絲 核 菌 (Rhizoctonia solani) 引 起 之 苗 立 枯 病 ， 其 在 苗 期 時 發 生 嚴 重 ， 分 離 病 原 發 現 菌 絲 在 其 起 源 處 有 縊 縮 ， 特 徵 與 R. solani 相 似 ， 利 用 菌 絲 融 合 方 法 判 別 為 AG－4 群 。 疫 菌 (Phytophthora sp.) 所 引 起 之 幼 苗 及 成 株 疫 病 ， 在 夏 季 時 為 害 最 嚴 重 ， 罹 病 度 可 達 100% ， 其 可 形 成 洋 梨 形 具 乳 突 之 游 走 胞 子 囊 ， 與 P. parasitica 相 似 。 白 絹 菌 (Sclerotium rolfsii) 引 起 成 株 萎 凋 病 ， 其 病 原 可 在 馬 鈴 薯 葡 萄 糖 洋 菜 培 養 基 上 形 成 大 量 的 褐 色 菌 核 ， 狀 如 蘿 蔔 種 子 。 灰 黴 菌 (Botrytis cinerea) 引 起 之 灰 黴 病 ， 病 原 培 養 在 低 溫 時 可 形 成 大 量 的 褐 色 菌 核 ， 形 狀 不 規 則 。 菌 核 菌 (Sclerotinia sclerotiorum) 引 起 之 菌 核 病 ， 病 原 培 養 則 可 形 成 大 量 的 黑 色 菌 核 ， 狀 如 鼠 糞 。 各 分 離 所 得 之 真 菌 回 接 日 日 春 皆 具 病 原 性 ， 可 確 定 為 其 病 原 菌 。 苗 立 枯 病 為 本 省 首 次 記 載 。

Occurrence of Periwinkle Diseases in Taiwan

Summary

　　Investigated on periwinkle disease of Taiwan revealed. There were five fungal diseases. The seedling blight disease caused by Rhizoctonia solani was serious in the seedling stage. The hypha's structure and grew characters were same to the R. solani AG-4. The leaf and stem blight caused by Phytophthora parasitica was the most serious disease in the summer season. It could damage the plant and reached 100% infection rate. The sporangia are papillate and their shape like pear. The stem rot disease caused by Sclerotium rolfsii happened on adult plant. The pathogen cultured on potato dextrose agar plate could formed a lot of brown sclerotia which looks like the seed of radish. The gray mold disease caused by Botrytis cinerea occurred serious in winter. The fungus formed a lot of brown irregular sclerotium. Sclerotinia rot caused by Sclerotinia sclerotioum was happened in winter as those of gray mold disease. The pathogen can formed a lot of black irregular sclerotia. The fungi which isolated from the periwinkle had the pathogenicity to periwinkle. The seedling blight disease is the first report in Taiwan.
